Definitely come to this location over the one off Sudley Road if you can. Why? The checkout time is usually faster and they got this kid named Mike working there. I’ve dealt with him on a few occasions and he’s just a true professional. He’s bilingual and fluent so he gets everyone what they need in a friendly manner and keeps it moving. You can just tell he likes his job and knows what he’s talking about. I was there yesterday picking up a part I ordered online. Side note: If you can, order your stuff online. You can usually apply promo codes and they’ll have it ready for pickup in about 30 minutes, but always check and open the packaging before you leave because I’ve gotten wrong parts before. Not from this location, but the one off Sudley Road. Anyway, like I said, I was there last night and there were three customers in front of me. The guys at the counter were arguing with the manager about some faulty part, I don’t know the full story since I walked in near the end, but anyway the manager was really unprofessional about the situation. He just argued in front of everyone in the store and when he sent them away after saying there’s nothing he could do, he started chuckling and talking rude about them in front of everyone. Mike on the other hand kept his composure, apologized to them before they left and went on to provide good customer service to the next person in line. I just wanted to give respect where it’s due. He had my part ready, took my old battery, and I was checked out in 2 minutes.

The radiator cap was stuck on my car. I knew there was some type of tool that helped get caps off or oil filers that were stuck. I was greeted by a man who was stocking shelves he asked me what I needed and I told him my radiator cap was stuck he said he’d be with me in a minute. The minute turned into five. Then he answered the phone. That took a few more minutes then he said what did you need. I replied tool. He said what what did you say. I said tool asked for the manager he said he was the manager. He’s not a manager he’s an idiot if he can’t be polite and assist customers who are in the store I left and went to je rice who had exactly what I needed and I got the cap off in a few seconds

guys behind the counter were real nice. My head lamp died and I ended up changing the wrong bulb cause I’m a noob at repairs. So I damaged the new bulb. They replaced the damaged bulb free of charge. They came out side with me to replace the bulbs correctly. And it was cold that evening. So I really appreciated Their help.
