For the last 3 years I been visiting this place, yesterday I went to get my usual shave and beard trim, when I left I realize that the lady who cut my hair ruined one side of my beard, like a inch of hair was gone on the right side of my face, I went back to complain, but what I got was a cold «it will grow back» answer, when I ask for my $ 20.00 dollars back the lady said I was only getting 7 dollars back since everything else they did was ok. Very sad to see such poor service

Fantastic, that’s all I have to say about Cross Roads. The barbers are extremely nice, they do an excellent job on your hair (one of the few barber shops that cuts my hair consistently the same, regardless of the barber), and they always have the most relaxing music playing. Highly recommended!

This is my «go-​to» barber shop, not only in Manassas, but in the NOVA area. Customer oriented, friendly and professional. By far the best barber shop I’ve been to in a very long time.
A very tidy and clean establishment; employees are constantly sweeping up cut hair. Plenty of seats for waiting customers and there are two TVs for patrons to watch while they wait. If you have children, they have toys available to keep them occupied.
These folks know what they are doing and they take pride in doing so. For a $ 12 haircut, it doesn’t get any better than this place.
An outstanding establishment. Highly recommended!

This place is exactly what you look for in a hooker:
1. Clean (Cleaned tools in front of me)
2. Good view (of mirrors and TVs)
3. Gets the job done (Gave me the cut I wanted)
4. Massaged me (After shaving my neck, she gave me a hot towel and massaged my neck)
5. Efficiently fast (ok maybe not a qualification of a hooker but they got the job done in a good time period)
6. Friendly (All the workers greeted people as they entered and left)
7. Cheap ($ 12 men haircut)
Overall, would definitely go again.

This place was right next to Starbucks so I got a drink and went to get a haircut. This place is a nice clean barbershop with lots of haircutting chairs and seating for waiting guests. There was about a 2 person wait throughout the time I was there. There are a couple of TV’s to watch. I felt like they took extra time making sure my haircut was perfect. The best part is that they shave the back of your neckline with a razor for a standard haircut. Typical low cost fee and you can even get a full shave if you need. They were not to talkative but that was ok with me.

My husband only ever gets his haircut from Bibian at Cross Roads. She is very precise and always remember exactly what style my husband likes. I’ve seen her do the military style cuts and she’s very good. I hear those are the hardest men’s styles to do.
The shop is located next to the Panda Express.
