Like someone else already point out its a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes really good service and choices sometimes no service and no food. Spin the wheel

The staff and service at this location is fairly hit or miss. I come once a week and it’s a dice roll as to whether you’ll get someone who is paying attention to your order enough to get it right, or acts like they want to be at work.
The food is great and fast. You can’t go wrong with the Orange Chicken, Sweetfire Chicken or Kung Pao Chicken. I also like their egg rolls.

Came here at 7:20 pm. Big mistake! They were out of everything and said they weren’t making more. They had only white rice, and very little of the few entrees they had left. Needless to say I won’t be back, and I’m sure the other ten people in line after me that left too won’t be back. Can’t believe they didn’t even have enough to serve customers til they close!

This is one of those places that stresses me out just by trying to place the order and, hopefully, it’s right. You must keep your eyeballs on what’s going on no matter what location because once you are up to order they rush you a bit while throwing side curves to your order… you ask for two dish, they make it three, do you want a spring roll with that (but don’t tell you it’s extra!). Before you know it, you’ve bought a $ 10 combo plate that would be about 4 dollars less in the mall or at a local restaurant. If you wonder why it tastes off, it’s cooked by Hispanics wearing Charlie Chan outfits and they never make enough and can’t speak English or Chinese either probably. So, go with a ton of patience here and plenty of alternatives because they run out of food batches quickly. Plus, ppl tend to cut in front of you when trying to get a back order instead of going to the cashier which only causes more frustration.

The quality of food and portions vary, however, this is one of the better Panda Express I’ve eaten at. The staff are nice and the service is fast.
