This place is delicious! Food is always good. Not greasy like some Chinese food places. Love this place!

This place is delicious. What to order: lunch specials are always good. Wonton and egg drop soup are great. Crab rangoons are delicious. Dumplings are very good as well. Chicken and asparagus are good. Ask for hot tea. Service is great, it is family owned and both people are very nice. Come for comfort food and on rainy days.

Although the food is typically pretty good, the service has become terrible. Each time I go there I hear the same story, «we are short of help today.» This in turn means poor service. Today I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes just to be recognized. When I called to them, thinking I would receive service, I was told to wait, they were busy. Again, the food is pretty good but the service is not what you expect or appreciate.

Not good! I do t know how else to describe it.. . It’s more of business and how to squeeze out dollars and save dollars rather thAn concentration on the actual food!

Another failure of a Chinese restaurant in Manassas. I’m sorry. The $ 15 deliver charge might have been enough to give this review, but there’s more to it than just a $ 20 dinner that amounted to only maybe $ 2 worth of quality. I ordered what I thought were«safety» chinese food. Pork lo mein, steamed dumplings, and wonton soup. Order came 30 minutes after calling it in, and it looked okay, from the outside. I looked in, and once more, I saw my order ALLINSTYROFOAMBOXES. That to me is a no no for Chinese food. Either put it in a tupperware, or in chinese take out cartons. They hold the flavor in better, have better appearance, and yes, it does make a difference in whether or not the food will taste better. I threw out the lo mein upon smelling it. I did not smell fresh and did not look fresh either. I had the wonton soup first, and while it was good, some of the noodles were soggy and you could see the yellow in it. Not good. The steamed dumplings were too heavy on the scallion. Just no. I ended up having a bagel w/cream cheese as my dinner for still being hungry. This was another disappointment, and as with the others, they gave me a takeout menu with my order, but I don’t think I will wind up ordering here again.

Take out is the best. Triple Family Delight is a favorite. Lackluster inside so we always just order when we are on I66 commuting home. Great portions and on time when we arrive for pickup.

I ordered a sweet and sour chicken that was to die for I really thought I was going to die there was no chicken just uncooked dough. The one person that was in there was more busy with their computer then in waiting on tables.

My family and I have been ordering from Young Chow Café in Manassas for as long as I can remember. I prefer delivery, my father prefers to eat in. Everything we have ordered(Sweet and Sour Chicken, Beef Fried Rice, General Tso’s Chicken, Triple Delight, etc.) has been delicious! We eat here every couple of months and have done so for year, this is our absolute go to place for Chinese food in Manassas.

We decided that we wanted Chinese good tonight and happened to find this place. We dined in. First impressions: Ok, this place looks like a hole in the wall… There are bad checks posted on the wall which was hilarious. The pictures of the food on the wall weren’t very appetizing, especially with the pink walls. Anyway, the food was actually pretty darn good! The service was a bit slow at first in the evening. The waiter was just chilling in the back on his laptop but he came by regularly to refill our water. Recommending the combo fried rice, combo lo mein, and mu shu pork. So tasty!

Three stars for Triple Delight. This store and the one in Centerville are owned by brothers. It’s kind of a dark and not so bright dining room. Not bad if you get it to go.

Young Chow Café has the best Hot & Sour in Manassas, VA! Like all ethnic places I eat at, the menus are the same, food consistency is the same; so it leads me to expect decent consistent food(occasionally a restaurant finds a way to fowl it up). Usually I grade a restaurant by their signature dish. Chinese would be Hot & Sour, Japanese would be Miso, Mexican would be their salsa, etc… Once I have had a signature dish that keeps me coming back the rest of the menu falls in place. I will find something else I like. I like Chinese food and it took my wife discovering this place during lunch to make it a must for me every time I crave Chinese.

After Wu’s Garden dissapointed us to no end, my fiancé and I were on the hunt for some good Chinese food. My Dad told me about this place and said how great it was. I was NOT dissapointed. It’s small inside and their fishtank has the biggest goldfish I have EVER seen! I also find it funny that every bounced check they have recieved, they post it up on this board right when you walk in. Some people are up there more than three times– WOW! We have gotten a variety of stuff there before. Our favorites are the Mandarin combination, General Tsos Shrimp, and Crispy Beef. While their Crispy Beef isn’t as crispy as we’d like, it’s still VERY good, that’s why we keep getting it. My fiancé LOVES their steak on a stick. I am not a huge fan because I think it lacks flavor but, it’s still good. Their Wonton soup is delicious! My fiancé loves their Egg Drop soup. I really enjoy their spring rolls as well as their crab rangoon too. We have never had any issues with them. The staff there is incredibly nice too. We have never eaten in there before. We always get it to go so, I can’t rate how their wait staff is. My Dad has never had complaint and he has eaten inside many times. To us, this place is the best Chinese Restaurant in Manassas that we have had.

This place is horrible. The service is absolutely terrible. The waiters are rude and have bad body odor. But, the worse part is the food. I found dead insects in my food. The manager only replaced the meal. What kind of cheap bastard does that. Give me my money back. Avoid this place.
