I have never been to a nail salon while the technician giving a pedicure was on the phone the entire time. Very rude, not even a «hi, how are you». Had to ask that the pedicure spa be cleaned before sticking my feet in the spa that had residue from the person before me. No, will never be back. Waste of money and time! Very pricey too! Go to Tokoyo Nails!!!

Has really gone downhill recently. I have been going there for about two years but the last few times have been really bad manicures and not at all what I wanted. Won’t be going back.

I think this place is called AQ nails now? Ive always had a great experience here. Their prices are good and I really havent found a better salon.

This salon is very close to where I live in Bull Run. The pedicures are fantastic. However the manicures are terrible. They over soaked the gel off my nails making the acetone soften my actual nail and my skin tender. I don’t even have sensitive skin. She repeatedly buffed the skin above the nail ripping pieces off. When using the cuticle trimmer she actually cut me. They also pass of shellac as gel polish.

If judging strictly the massage chairs for pedicures, I’d give them 5 stars! They give great pedicures, however, I have yet to find a great place to get my nails done.

when i first moved to Virginia, i got my nails done here because of my friend.
i only like one of the workers, her name is Cindy.
other ladies were not so good.
my manicure was gone in a couple of days but when Cindy did them it would last at least a week or more.
my pedicures did last a month though.
i got a facial here once, which i think is worth the price and the lady did a very good job.
if you want a cheap mani/​pedi, this is the place. but if you want a quality mani/​pedi, then don’t come here.

It is okay. Not very fancy. The employees are friendly. I spent $ 30 plus tipfor a manicure and pedicure. Nothing very special about it. This salon could use some updating.

Cheaper than other nail salons in the area, but not very good quality.
I paid $ 12 plus $ 3 tip for a regular manicure. I was out of there in about 30min, but received a very minimal hand/​arm massage and bad cutting/​filing job. My «square» nails are actually crooked on most of my fingers.
Would recommend you spend the extra few bucks and get your nails done at the place next to Kobe on Sudley.
