I’ve been really pleased, having done 3 inspections with this company recently (different inspectors).
The first was done by Greg Caudill — on one of my listings. Both my seller client and I were impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection and how clear and concise the report was.
When my «preferred» inspector was unable to come when I needed him, I called this company; and in the past week I have done 2 inspections with them. Brian Henley did one, Mike Mallot another. Both have been thorough without being alarmists, excellent at explaining things to my clients, and produced a clear concise report in a timely manner. Scheduling with them has also been a breeze.
Two things they do that other companies don’t do:
1. They offer a limited warranty… if they tell you something is working and it breaks the day you move in, they’ll fix it! That’s pretty awesome.
2. They record all model numbers and check to make sure there were no recalls for those items.
I do believe this is my new «preferred» home inspector!

Greg Caudill was terrific. He did a VERY thorough home inspection (spent almost 3 hours on a 1500 square foot townhouse). He managed to help me avoid buying a place that had serious (but not obvious to a layperson) structural problems. The best $ 350 I ever spent.
