I took my 11 year old there a few days ago to get her hair cut. OMG the woman didn’t listen to her when she said not to cut much off the top. It was a HACK job. My daughter came home crying. She hates her haircut !! The woman should’ve listened when she was told not to cut much off. My daughters hair now looks like a boys cut. It’s atrocious

Dissapointed. I went at 5:40 pm and the receptionist said «we are closed for business today» even though the closing time is 6:00 pm. They were no customers at that time and I don’t know why they denied me service. May be they get paid hourly and does not depends on number of customers they serve.
PS: According to Customer service they are supposed to take customers till 15 mins before closing.

They could do a lot better. Waste of time and money. I recommend to properly train your staff. Be customer service friendly and lastly be professional. I am all for supporting small businesses but this one needs help. At Least learn how to cut hair.

Their sign and website says they close at 6pm on Saturday. I arrived at 5:15 but the door was already locked. When I knocked the employee opened up and gave me an attitude saying they «have» to leave at 6pm not close at 6pm and it takes them an hour to clean up so they close early. No apology or please come back tomorrow only an attitude. Needless to say I won’t be back and will take my business to a place that wants and appreciates it.

Went there twice for trim, got the same stylist. She was pretty good and quick. They open til 9pm which is a plus. Area is pretty clean inside. Won’t mind going there again.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. I’ve had 6 – 7 haircuts here and they have been great. The price point is good and they are all friendly.
My only complaint would be the wait… they don’t keep enough employees on the clock at any given time.

Never again! I walked in and was bumped by the on line check in people. I was never told about this and why I was waiting 45 minutes. There was only two stylists working. I walked out. The online check is treated like a reservation and walk ins get no customer service. Never again!

Unfortunately the hair stylist who did my hair before left the place but I decided to go in for a quick haircut anyways.

The result was not awful but it was slightly lower than mediocre. Something I could have done myself with a pair of sharp scissors and two opposing mirrors. My hair looked nothing like it sometimes does after a good haircut, healthy and perky. The hair stylist seemed to try her best but the results looked pathetic.
I will probably be back once again to check out another hair stylist they have just because the place is so conveniently located on the plaza where I often shop. I will let you know the results.

This is my first haircut here and definitely as I expected. Forget customer service, or decent haircut. Never coming back here again.
