This Penney’s store had what I was looking for and at good prices, but I really had to push to get the clothes I wanted for the advertised price. I mean the price on the shelves. Then the clerk told me I did not qualify for the reduced price (15% off everything sale) because some stuff was already marked down. I told him it says 15% off even sales merchandise.
In a huff, he scanned the coupon but he was a little pissy about it. Sure enough, I got my discount on everything.
Go here if you want a hassle or if you don’t mind watching everything the clerks do to not give you the right prices.
This is the type of store that is bringing JC Penney down.

Tiny. Usually smotheringly hot in the winter, i know it’s to do with the heating system.
Now that the Potomac Mills outlet (which i loved) has closed this is where i shop for Arizona brand items. I like it just fine.

Haymarket, VA
Your typical JCPenney’s. Somewhat smaller than it’s sister location at Fair Oaks Mall.
Good place to stop in for men’s clothes in a pinch, especially Levi’s jeans.
