Was really happy with both the service and food quality! I wanted. Small amount of spaghetti and just one meat ball so the man charged me for a meatball side so it was cheaper. I also ordered a breadstick(1) and a cheese pizza(1) and a medium drink, instead of charging separately he made it a combo. I am very happy and will eat here again!

I stopped here tonight and got a New York style slice of pepperoni and a slice of spinach and mushroom. Overall the pizza was good and the person working the counter was friendlier than most. The price is a bit expensive at $ 4 per slice.

This is based upon my experience with their delivery service. 1. Long wait time– It took OVERTWOHOURS for my order to get to me… I live 20 minutes away. 2. Order was incorrect– The salad that I had wanted so bad came with Cesar dressing poured all over it(I asked for ranch on the side because I am pregnant and cannot eat Cesar dressing. The salad came with my chicken, but it was cooked and topped with mushrooms(mushrooms were not mentioned or advertised with it otherwise I would not have order something I’m a allergic to. Also, you have to pay per bread stick; I ordered 5, but was only given 4. 3. Taste– The dipping sauce for the bread sticks tasted like I was trying to eat a can. My overall experience was well below sub-par. I will never order for delivery from them again. If I should get the urge for their pizza, I will just drive myself there and get a slice. P. S. Yes, I did speak with them about the service and overall order of the food.

If I could give zero stars, I would. An hour and a half after placing a delivery order, I called the store to see where my food was. An employee who described himself as «just a pizza maker» told me the order was on its way. When I pressed further asking why it took so long, he just kept repeating that he didn’t know, so I asked him to confirm with a supervisor that my food was, in fact, on its way. I was then informed that there was no manager at the store that evening and that my order actually had been sitting there for about 45 minutes. I asked the employee to cancel my order, refund my card and requested a manager call me immediately. Five minutes later, the manager(if you can even call him that) called me from home and said«We’re remaking your order and giving you a piece of cheesecake and I’ll make sure next time we give you a discount.» I declined his offer and again requested a full refund to my card. Cheesecake and a discount do not make up for completely dropping the ball. Totally ridiculous. Also very against health code to not have a food certified manager in the store. I’ll be contacting the health department about that.
