McDonald’s

My wife and I offered sandwich meals but were delayed due to mixup; manager noticed our waiting and immediately made correction. Apologizing, she offered free deserts. We’re satisfied. Good service

This has got to be the WORST McDonalds ever! Sadly, people don’t seem to expect much more from them. I say, you’re spending your money, at least get treated with respect.
The day I visited, they burned the fries, but served them anyway. When I asked for more, I was told that I’d have to wait. Fine. Just refund my money for the fries.
Wrong answer.
Now, they had to FIND someone to do the refund, and I had to wait until this person was available! It wasn’t until I said that I’d just file a claim with my bank that someone magically appeared.

After two hours of heavy lifting I swung by here out of sheer, ravenous desperation. It was almost 10:30a so I stopped in here for two egg and cheese bagels and a Diet Coke.
I put my order in with the runner and pulled up to the window. I was handed an egg and cheese bagel and a drink. I explained to the woman at the window that I ordered two. She said she’d have to charge me for the second. Fine. Then I was charged for two egg and cheese bagels and handed one egg and cheese bagel.
Then we had a lengthy receipt review and complex order audit. I said I’d take a third egg and cheese bagel if that would be easier. I definitely would have eaten it. I was refunded the price of one egg and cheese bagel instead. Disappointing, since I was now looking forward to eating the third one.
Then I pull over to eat my breakfast and guess what. I got an iced tea instead of a Diet Coke. I hate iced tea. So I drove back through to exchange it for a Diet Coke. I was handed a regular Coke.
At this point I figured I could probably use the carbs anyway so I gave up. I had already spent 20 minutes trying to get some food. I probably should have just pillaged the Denny’s buffet for all the time and trouble.
Had the bagels been burned I would have thought I was magically transported to the Sterling McDonald’s. Yeah, I reviewed that one too.
Five stars to me for being so patient despite a hunger so fierce that I would have captured and eaten any creature under 3′ that skittered too close to my vehicle.

WORST! MC DONALD EVER! don’t get me wrong, i love mc donald. This place just has THE WORST SERVICE EVER! i do understand IF IT’S SOME DAYS! that they are very frustrated with work SOMETIMES! because it’s busy or having a bad day. family problem.okay.but EVERY DAY IS UNACCEPTABLE! REALLY someone has to do something ASAP!

Well… It’s a McDonalds in case you were wondering. They are quick and it tastes like the other Golden Arches establishments!

I’ve gone there 3 times and it’s only because my husband and kids are McDonald’s addicts. Every time I’ve been there the staff crew are always to busy talking with each other to take my order. They don’t ever smile and take their good time when getting your order. My husband went up to the counter and waited 2 minutes before being assisted. He wanted a refill on his coke and the MANAGER rudely told him to get back in line. At that time their was only one person in line and was finished ordering. Why couldn’t she have stopped her gossiping with the cooks and helped my husband? Isn’t a manager supposed to set the example? I will not go there again. I rather get out of the mall and go to the other McDonald’s on Sudley. They have way better service. Very disappointing!
