The drive thru took FOREVER. As in seriously, forever. We ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, a spicy chicken sandwich and a full size salad. It took so freaking long that the car behind me sped off while we were waiting. I told the employee that the car behind me left and he actually argued in with me that I was wrong. I’m sure we won’t go back to this one again– only giving 2 stars and not 1 because the food was decent and obviously fresh since they cooked it while we waited in the car.

My wife saw the BBQ Pulled Pork promotion. So I decided to swing by one night to pick up two combos. The guy at the window/speaker was friendly. He was patient but asked great BASIC questions to complete the order. A lot of places don’t do this. But he did. He went out of his way to make sure I knew what went on with the order(you can choose from 3 different sauces). I got home and had a sip of Dr. Pepper. Normally the soda here is flat. This time it was good but it was stacked with ice so I got maybe three or four good sips before it was gone. And it was a medium cup. The food. I’ll start with the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches. It was good. Nothing great, definitely something I expected from a fast food place. It felt and tasted room temperature but I figure that’s because the coleslaw is kept cool, and the BBQ hot(or warm?). But overall. What I expected. The fries. I dont know what it is, but Wendy’s likes to drown their fries in salt. I dont even think they taste bad without salt, but the amount of salt they put makes me cringe. My wife made a comment about how the fries were like straws. I didn’t realize what she was talking about– I was too busy scraping salt off– but I started biting my fries in half and there it was. The inside of almost every french frie was hollow. Like a straw. I’m not sure if that’s all Wendys, or if this was just a bad bag. This was my fifth visit. I dont think ill be returning though. Not with options like Jersey Mikes, Taco Bell, Five Guys and even McDonalds down the street.

Don’t go to this Wendy’s!!! Horrible service and there was no bacon on my burger, which I paid for but didn’t realize until I was already home. Jocelyn was the cashier at the drive thru and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. This is the closest Wendy’s to me but I will drive out of my way to go to another one. Horrible horrible, horrible customer service. Did I mention it was horrible?

I’ve been going through here a lot, on my new diet. The food is always good, always well-made at this Wendy’s. And the service is always good. Nice place.

Stopped in here for a fast food dinner — once again was seduced by the thought of «The Baconator!» Ordered the small Baconator combo — small fries and small drink — in this case a Diet Coke. Food came up very quickly and efficiently. Everything was how you want your fast food to be: Hot burger, melted cheese, reasonably crispy bacon, hot, lightly salted, crispy fries, and an ice cold beverage. While the food was tasty — the building that houses this Wendy’s has seen better days — it’s been around for a couple of decades and is need of a serious retrofit — or maybe it’s time to gut the building and start over — similar to what McDonald’s has recently done to a couple of it’s locations in the area. I’m not including the building condition in this review — but if I was — it would have dragged the overall score down considerably.
