Burger King

Not closed, but it needs to be.
The fries here were cold and undercooked, and the staff couldn’t have cared less! Yes, I did bring the issue to the attention of a manager and SHE was the one that was totally indifferent.
Burger King has good food; just not this one. AVOID at all costs!

Have always gotten the correct order and the workers are friendly. The drive-​thru is so strange in this location. It makes me feel like I am going into some deep dark back alley in Los Angeles or Mexico but they are fast so I am never in the alley for long. This location has always put my sandwich together unlike the others that throw things together. Yes, I would like my tomato and onion on the sandwich, not hanging halfway off the side with ketchup and mustard running down the side of the bun.

I wasnt excited to come here but it was the last resort since no store was open… but it was also closed I’ve had bad experiences at this BK like hair in my food, wrong order, dirty bathrooms, bad customer service and wrong charge…

Not closed. Rushing home to beat the winter snow storm about to hit, I stopped here since I just have cravings for BK only just like the other competitor chains. I come with coupons too! This is obscure and the drive thru is tight, creepy but only until you hear the friendly voice of a young man that clearly enjoys what he does or is convincing enough. I’ve been here in the past and the service had never changed, my order is correct (he repeated it just in case) and it gets in the bag hot and fresh. I get my order with an, «enjoy the rest of your evening!» How wonderful is that when getting through a horrendous commute from the city and all I want is to see my pup, couch, fuzzy slippers, and tv program/​movie. I’m a fan and will also write a letter on how hard these kids work from what I saw inside the lobby. Very proud to see them take their job seriously in this day and age. Customer service will push them far into a future of success! Update– just finished my meal and missing my Cinnabon roll. Grrr. Called them and mgr remembers him getting it, they found it still on the counter. She refunds me over the phone for it since I won’t be there due to the storm.

Had lunch today at my fave fast food joint. Had the #11 Medium — BK Stacker — which is their double bacon cheeseburger, medium fries and medium drink — Diet Coke in this case.
Fries were excellent — hot, lightly salted, and crispy. Burger was delicious — added some ketchup — knocking one star off for the bacon, it was in small crispy splinters instead of a meaty strip.
Diet Coke was icy and refreshing Service was fast — by the time I had filled my cup with ice and beverage and capped it and extracted a straw — my order was ready. Ate in — place was clean and in good order — the place was pretty busy at lunch time!
