Food is okay. Service is great, especially when they are paying attention. Everything fried tasted like it was fried in lard. Nothing exceptional and the overall experience is pretty lackluster. The only thing that keeps them business is the fact that there are no other fast food options around.

This particular location didn’t have a very good manager on the day I visited, but I could tell by how immaculate this place was and how friendly the cashier and lobby staff were, that they probably are ran very well.
The reason I say this about the manager on my visist was something as simple as asking for a fork and getting no reply, having her walk away only to finish what she was doing and then reach back to get me a fork. Never one peep — just plain rude, even though they were busy.
Would I go back? YES! The food was good, even though on this particular visit this was the worst roast beef sandwich I’ve ever gotten, as it had massive fat and was cut wrong, making it hard to chew. The fixins bar was clean and well-​stocked. The restaurant as a whole was very nicely decorated and very clean. Rest rooms were nice and clean too.
I wish there were more of these eateries!

My first time eating here and it was just amazing! The services was fast and friendly. The burgers and fries was just absolutely delicious! Will definitely eat here again!

The chicken was tasty but the service was so crappy ill never come back. I came with a friend and we stood back from the counter a young girl came to the register and said is this to go. We said we arent ready. Hence the reason we didnt come to the counter. He was talking on the phone getting his order prepared before going to the counter. Store had no customers. I went up and said i want to order for here because he wants chicken but freshly cooked. Hour was 830pm. She said no we arent cooking more chicken we close at 1030. Really the store closes at 10. Girl was rude and short went to the back i watched her eating chicken walking in the kitchen. I refused to order what i intended to because i wont pay her wage she knows nothing about customer service. I work in a food place also and take great pride making every Guest feel important. This girl made me want to ask if she is that dumb to tell me you cant cook me chicken that takes 20 minutes while your store is still open for an hour and a half and walk away without taking my order. You cost your company money. Wake up Roy Rogers your losing business with this girl running your counter. Day was Wednesday november 4^th at 830pm

First time visiting Roy Rogers, and it was a good experience! The staff was curteous and our order was prompt and accurate. The food was very good for fast food… I had the burger and fries and the wife ordered the roast beef sliders. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, inexpensive meal.

Service was friendly. The food was typical fast food. Not a lot of atmosphere. We wish it looked more like the Old Roy Rangers.

5 stars for service because the guy at the window was very nice. But 1 star on food because I spent $ 26 on 2 combos and a kids meal. I asked for all white meat in my 2pc but got 1 white 1 dark nonetheless, despite having paid a considerable amount more for all white. The fries were cold (at noon on a Thursday). The biscuit tasted old, was a tad stale. I always get much better quality at other chicken places and frankly $ 26 for 5 pieces of chicken (and 2 strips), 2 sides of cold fries, 2 flat sodas, and 2 stale biscuits… Well. Frankly $ 26 is a ripoff. My lesson? Check your order before you pull away. Or maybe just don’t go there at all.

Great food and service! No other fast food place in this area can compare. Great breakfast beats BK and McDonald’s easily.

If I can say one thing about this place — the staff had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE for a fast food restaurant I think I have ever seen! I wish you could find service like this is the nicer restaurants around! The food has always been good with the exception of the fries… old oil maybe? The fries always seem old tasting, no texture. Glad to see a classic like Roy Rogers around still, the roast beef sammies are thebest. CLEAN dining too!!!

There’s really nothing special here. The burger was bleh and too small. The chicken was bleh. And everything is too pricy for a joint like this. So bleh!

Two stars for coke machine, The only other suggestion I have is CHECK your order, I live very close to this location and they mess my order up almost every time. If it were not so close I would not ever go out of my way. Basically I eat there when I am to lazy to drive any further, and I am disappointed every time:(

Ordered the #6 Two Piece Chicken Meal combo in the drive through for $ 6.19. When the cashier repeated the price back to me after tax I almost fell out.
Apparently, the City of Manassas imposes a tax as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia. Total tax came up to $.56…that’s almost 10%.
Times are tough and I don’t wanna sound like I’m a penny pincher, but doesn’t this just seem a bit wrong to you? No wonder people are cutting back on their spending by not going out…
