so as much as I hate to post this I MUST! Today was my follow up for a fracture to my fingers with Dr Jossan. However I NEVER got to meet with Dr Jossan! Instead I waited 40 minutes in an empty exam room! Which at that point I got up and told the staff that I was done waiting and had another appointment to attend and that my time is just as VALUABLE as Dr Jossan. I told them to call me to reschedule. SO if thats not bad enough, I receive a phone message from MARILYN who sounded agitated and stated she had to reschedule me because I apparently walked out of my appointment!!! ARE U FREKINKIDDINGME!!! So I immediately call them back and the PROFESSIONAL receptionist answers the phone her name is Crystal and I asked her to please pass me to the office supervisor. Well she then passes me to MARILYN, who I then tell her how awful her customer service was and how she was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and I wanted to speak to her supervisor. Which she stated well that was what I was told happened. NICELADYREALNICE! So of course she patches me into I don’t even know who because whoever it was talked way to fast on messaging service, but my point is NOPERSON had to leave another message! LOVELY! So why is it okay for DOCTORS’ offices to charge us for being late or missing an appointment but when they have to reschedule for whatever reasons or when they are late its completely OKAY because they have a frekin MD after their name! SORRYNOTFORTHISCHICK!!! My time is just as VALUABLE as yours kind DOCTOR! Because you have and MD after your name does not give you the opportunity to make patients wait longer than 10 minutes for their appointment!!! Rather just let it be a walk in service since having an appointment means not a damn thing anymore. I AMOVERIT! I would love to be able to send a bill as they would to me if I was late or didn’t show for my appointment! But alas this is only for those with an MD after their name. There are plenty of orthopedic doctors in this area so no sweat off my back! I will take my $$$ and business elsewhere… what a shame!
