I really like the staff here very nice and sweet! But the only thing that really gets me is the bland water coffee… Other than that I love this location!

This is your typical Dunkin, perfectly located outside of the hospital and collocated with a Baskin Robbins. I will return and use them often. The best part about the store is its location.

Coffee cup purchased that broke first day. Worker who sold it to me would not let me return it as the handle must have had a hair line crack. They charge you more for adding a shot to your coffee than other DD down the street. Just concerned. Hope they change.

I really like this location out of the 3 others in the local area. It’s the coziest of them all. So cozy that it’s usually hard to tell if it’s open except for the«OPEN» sign that is on. As with other shops, it sucks that ANY coffee shop would not include a drive thru, but yes, it’s possible. The location is great, the place is clean, the staff are always pleasant! I feel safe going here. They close at 9PM. Another reason to go here is that they always carry the promoted items for either Baskin-Robbins ice cream or the DD yums. It’s a pain going place to place in search of what you’re craving. Indoor and outdoor seating available to enjoy the treats.

This review is for the Baskin Robins side of the store only. My wife and I were looking for an ice cream store to round out our date night. We both do not get the area’s fascination with the sub par soft serve places like Klines and Nathans so we were looking for real ice cream without a line and at less than the 2nd mortgage prices of Coldstone. We drove by this Dunkin/Baskin at about 9 pm and because of the lighting it looked closed. We made a u-turn and found out the summer hours keep it open until 10 pm. No line and fast friendly service met us inside. I had a heath bar sundae with snickers ice cream and caramel. It was excellent and BR does not skimp on the toppings. My wife had a banana royale sundae and liked it very much. The price is still a little high. Both our sundaes were just under $ 10. Not bad for a once in a while date night splurge. We will be back next time we want a special ice cream treat.

I went to this location at 1:15am. There was a guy there by the name of BB I repeat BB!!! He was very rude. I asked for a glass of water after buying something might I add. He say to me «we have bottled water in the fridge». I said I understand however I just want some tap water. I told him I come here almost every morning and I always ask for water. That they give it to me in a cup with ICE and a straw. He said sorry we don’t do that here. I don’t understand what the big deal was and why he decided to be an ass about it. BB you need to relax & the next time somebody requests a glass of water say«sure thing sir, here you go have a great night. The day crew seem to have no issues with it… so why YOU???

Well stopped in again and was waited on promptly however when I went to pay with my Dunkin account on my phone they said the system was not working? Why are they open, who carries cash these days? Ugh hh

When I say AROD, I don’t mean the disgraced Yankees first baseman, I mean«America Runs on Dunkin’!» Like other reviewers, I go to DD to get a GOOD latte with coffee that isn’t over-roasted like that über-chain that rhymes with«Carmucks». The Big S(or as I call them, B.S.) is «A-OK» in a pinch, but I’ll go to a Dunkin’ Donuts over B.S. any day of the week. So why does this DD get 3-starts instead of the 4-stars I gave to the one on 28? A couple of reasons, nearly none of which have to do with the very friendly staff. First, they are co-branded here with Baskin-Robins, which causes unnecessary extra store traffic. Second, they’re at the bottom of an office building, so no drive through means hefty lines inside at all times. Third, their coffee station was WAY short on Splenda — keep that thing filled guys! But the final reason is pure economics. Extra turbo shots for my latte are only $.49 cents at the DD on Rt 28. They are an extra $.99 here. I’m basically getting two for the price of one! I know that the prices at the one on Rt. 28 are more of the exception than the rule, but that’s why I almost never come to this DD. Still, it’s a fine DD if you are craving a GOOD latte or cup of coffee. Pass that B.S. from up the street and head down to the DD.

Just wanted to say that the drive thru personnel here did a fantastic job here Monday morning. 9-2-2013. Working on a holiday with a smile. The coffee was fantastic and fresh. The sandwich had a small piece of bread missing on the bottom bun. No teeth marks though so I only deducted a star. Thanks.

Not Ready For Business This place is a combination of a Baskin Robbins and a DoDos. The DoDos part is ok. Maybe that’s too strong of a word. But management is incompetent. They just haven’t figured out how to run two places in one place. One time Precious wanted a banana split. So I went [She does plenty of things for me too]. The dude made the banana split. It looked good. They have 31 flavors. But then to pay for it, he told me that I had to go pay for it at DoDos. There was a line there. After waiting in line to get a banana split I had to go wait in line again. One one guy was ordering some sandwiches which took a while. Meanwhile Precious’ banana split was melting. I’m serous. It was melting. That was pathetic. There’s just no excuse for that piss poor management. There is another DoDos on Route 28 not too far away. It has a drive thru, friendly staff and decent management.

Same as Mark S. I use the coupons, fill out the online survey to get a free donut with medium or bigger coffee. Donuts are consistent. They have a good selection. I just think that the«collossal» donuts at Shoppers are better…

New place. it’s clean and it’s connected to the baskin robbins. I used coupons for the donuts before and they are still happy to serve me. the donuts seem fresh and there seems to be ample amounts of parking. It’s right across the street from the hospital.

You can get breakfast sandwiches all day long here — so with a need for something«breakfasty» late in the morning — I hit DD to sample their offerings. I ordered a Sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffin, with a side of hash browns and a small coffee –with cream and Splenda. I’m still not used to them putting the stuff into your coffee for you! The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were quite tasty — and less greasy than what you get from McDonald’s. And the coffee was good — but not as strong as I would like. They also offer free Wifi here!

I have no problem with what certain upscale coffee shops charge for a cup of drip. I just don’t like the taste! Duncin Donuts has some of the best coffee out there. Cream and sugar? They add it for you and always seem to get the dosage perfect. I stopped at this new location late at night and they still had a good selection of donuts and the coffee was fresh. There’s also a Baskin Robbins in this same store, but I haven’t tried it. I doubt anyone working there was much over 20, but they were all polite and attentive.

Very disappointing… every time I go in they never have Blueberry Cake donuts which are my favorite. The other day when I was sick with the flu and having my strange pregnancy craving, I wanted nothing more than a blueberry cake donut. The man working said the machine was broken and they would have some blueberry cake donuts by Friday. Well, I have been twice since Friday and have yet to see a blueberry cake. :(
