Love to go here to get the strawberry frosted sprinkle Donuts. They are my favorite. Delicious stuff! Small place. Clean. Has drive thru 100% A+

i like that there is a drive-thru. workers are nice on the speaker but when you pull up … the guy that is there messes up order(missing sweetener, etc) and is a little rude! i don’t like how he has an attitude like he doesn’t want to be there. quit dude! i only go there because of the drive-thru otherwise, i will go to the one on Liberia. i think if they eliminate the guy that works weekends at the drive-thru — & is replaced by another person — it will be much better. i go there for the donuts of course and iced coffee = yummy iced coffee for sure!

Dunkin’ Donuts in general is a great coffee/donut place. In my opinion their coffee is way better than Starbucks and not nearly as overpriced. The drive-thru at this place is really it’s only saving grace, but it’s not without it’s issues. If you go here when it’s busy, especially on the weekends, be very wary. They have messed up my order on multiple occasions. The guy who works the drive thru during the day on the weekends is rude and is always quick to give you your total even though you’re still ordering. Then when you get to the drive-thru window, the order itself is wrong. Just be sure to check your bag because they tend to forget things even though they still charge you for it. If the right person is there, everything goes smoothly and the coffee order you place is exactly what you get. There are times though where you’ll ask for cream and sugar and they’ll only give you one or the other. This is not something that is overly important but when you go here every weekend for coffee and donuts, it tends to add up. I cringe every time I go through the drive-thru and have multiple things to order. I’m not saying anyone that works here is incompetent or stupid but I’ve had to repeat my order several times before they get it, even after I ensure I’m speaking loudly into the receiver. The reason I say check your order when they give it to you is because I’ve driven all the way home and realized that they forgot the little mini-donuts(I get them for my daughter) or they hand you the wrong type of muffin. I understand that most people should do this regardless of what drive-thru place they go to, but sometimes I forget to check. The best time to go here is late at night. This place is open 24 hours which is awesome. The older Indian man that works the drive-thru in the evening hours always does an outstanding job and has never screwed up our order and has always made our coffee the way we like it. He’s not the most customer-friendly guy but who cares? As long as the order is right, I could care less. It’s when they are rude AND the order is wrong that it becomes a problem. Unfortunately, this problem happens here A LOT. I don’t know if it’s just my bad luck but I find I have the worst service when I go here during the day on the weekends. If you want to go here during that time, I suggest just going inside. If you decide to take the drive-thru, just make sure to double-check your order before you drive off. Otherwise, you’ll end up like me and be sitting at home with the wrong order or no donuts to give to your little girl and have to drive all the way back or sit on the couch and sulk in the sorrow and regret of not checking the bag before driving off.

I love that there is a drive thru here, which makes the mornings a lot sweeter. The coffee is decent, and I’ve grown fond of the wraps here. They are small… and over priced, but they are good. My order is usually correct. Occasionally the splenda or flavoring is left out of my coffee. I’ve gotten the meat wrap when I’ve ordered the veggie, common mistakes like this. On occasion I’ve picked up a dozen or two donuts for the office and everyone is always happy with the product. I’ll keep coming back.

I have only been to the DD once and my friend and I used the drive through. My friend is the DD connoisseur and she was happy with her breakfast sandwich and coffee. I ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese and I could plainly see that they had simply pulled the partially melted cheese off of a sandwich and given it to me. The breakfast sandwich was a touch soggy from sitting under the heat lamp too long but otherwise hit the spot. I won’t be a regular here and probably wouldn’t go back given the choice of a local establishment, but overall my experience wasn’t horrible and I feel like it was about what I would expect for a DD. The service was fast and courteous.

I’ve been enticed by the appetizing and delicious looking turkey sausage muffin they’ve been advertising on TV. Alas, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Nothing special here. They get an additional star for the drive-thru coffee.

[Using best raspy-voice Rachel Ray impression] America runs on Dunkin’! I’ve been coming to this DD consistently for over 2 years now. For about a 6-month stretch, I stopped here every morning on my way for work to get some breakfast wraps and a large latte with 2 extra turbo shots and 4 Splenda. I came there so often, the regular employees knew me by my order. They mostly got the order right — occasionally there’d be a mix-up and I’d find a half-dozen donuts instead of wraps, or somebody would forget to add the Splenda to the coffee, and sometimes I’d be asked to do the«drive of shame» and pull up and wait up front for my order to be delivered. But generally, the service has been good. I stopped going for a long while due to some dietary changes, but recently started going back on weekends for the big«Box of Joe» and the occasional croissant for the wife. Some of the same faces were there and still recognize me, and the service is still excellent. A couple of other nice extras for this location — it’s open 24/7, they often have good deals on bags of coffee inside, and a turbo shot is only $.49 here, not $.99 like everywhere else. This DD has and remains to be a go to spot for me.

I love DD, and honestly, the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is b/c the coffee was the usual awesome DD coffee. But the donuts were horrible!!! There is no doubt my donut was NOT fresh, but easily a day or two old. Same with my wife’s and my kid’s donuts. And the drive thru line was so slow that I parked and went in. Upon going inside, I had to wait for the register girl to take the order of the people in front of me, then mess it up, then try to fix it, and then ask for help. A stop at DD should not take 15 minutes, and should end with a good cup of coffee and a donut. 1 out of 3 is not good!

Was greeted by the very pleasant sales clerk. I had some coupons but on closer look both were expired so I ordered just a coffee and donut. She gave me two donuts to make up for the expired coupons! What a nice gesture! Pretty good coffee too.

This is a decent place located on Route 28 in Manassas just north of Old Town. It has a drive-thru as well as plenty of seating. I rarely see people sitting there. Most people just get it on the run. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I’ve heard that this place has very good coffee. Precious used to go there all the time when she worked in the area. They have like a 12-cup take out box where they put like a gallon of coffee in this box for somebody who either has to work the graveyard shift or maybe just a nice guy who intends to share with his friends or co-workers.
