Pizza Boli’s

I’m happy this place came to Manassas, as they’ve needed to for quite some time. It’s not really a chain either, it’s just one with many locations (again, not a chain). It’s now probably my go to, but I’m not going to give it 5 stars. I’m going to try something new for this review. I got myself two items, with a coupon, a pizza with chicken and jalapeño poppers. Here’s the breakdown:
Professionalism: 5 stars
The gentleman on the phone was pleasant and honest. He didn’t haggle, and he didn’t seem to rush me for my business. I felt like a customer, and he was open on what he liked. That’s why I ordered the poppers. Review on the food coming later.
Delivery Time: 3 stars
The delivery was a bit longer than I anticipated, a half hour, but given winter weather, I’ll let this one slide because it might be better next time. But when you’re less than a mile away from the location, I’d expect it less time in the future, barring of course a much larger order.
Jalapeño Poppers: 5 stars
They were very fresh, hot, came with bleu cheese, and were in a pack of 6. They were not overwhelming jalapeño-​like, but that’s okay. I enjoyed them much, and would gladly get them again.
Pizza: 4 stars
It’s not NY style pizza. Far from it. You can’t expect it. But the pizza tastes good, it folds, it tastes fresh, and the toppings don’t feel like you would be cheated. The price is fair, and with a coupon, only makes it more fair. The box it comes with is nice, and its sorted in a way that makes you feel good. It’s also not greasy. I think they must make their pies similarly to the way Little Caesars does it, but they do a good job with the tools they have. I’ll be getting the pizza again.
Overall: 3.5 stars
This was a great experience, a better one than I’ve had of late. It’s not Tony’s, nor did I expect it to be, but if I had to pick a place, besides Tony’s to order delivery from (Tony’s doesn’t deliver), I’d pick this place.
