Pizza Time

I was hesitant to order based on these reviews but I am so glad I decided to give it a shot.
— Incredibly polite and smooth phone staff. Patient, clear, accurate, professional, no trouble and great suggestions.
— Got a Philly steak, a chicken finger sub, both with fries, two pizzas and ten mild wings.
— The pizza was incredibly greasy but tasty.
— The fries were amazing, the kind of crunchy salty overly fried deliciousness that you always hope fries will be but they rarely are.
— The subs were so good. So good! The bacon so crispy, the ingredients balanced, the bread crusty and chewy, really hit the spot.
— The wings disappeared fast. Meaty and so good we immediately agreed to get 30 next time.
— Everything arrived piping hot and fast, and the driver was perfectly nice.
Seriously, I’m sure the other reviews are legit, but possibly these guys have worked out the kinks. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We’ll be back!

I’m giving them four stars instead of five because the only thing I’ve really tried from there is their Stromboli turnover. I get it quite often and it’s very good. I was hesitant at first to try this place because of the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. The food and service were just fine. If I ever try anything else from there I will update my review.

Yummmm… The best chicken sandwich I had in a long time. Anytime I am in manassas, I’m coming back!
Mainly a takeout/​delivery place though. Wish they cleaned up a bit more. Oh man… the bread was delicious! !

I wish I could give less than 1 star. My husband and I ordered a kabob, wings and pizza from them. The kabob had old wilted lettuce on it, was not tasty and it was cold. The pizza was cold as well.
We called the owner that evening and complained and he stated that he would refund our money on a future order. He said he would write a note of the credit on your account. He told us to just call and give our address.
However, a few weeks later when we called to use the credit, he refused to honor his promise. He literally said that we lied about the food being cold on the original order and that we were just trying to get free food. He said the best he could do is a $ 10 discount.
Do not order from this place!!!

We’ve ordered puzza several times. Always on time, hot and delicious. Tonight we ordered lasagne and a cheese steak. The lasagne was inedible. Stouffers is better, by far! Cheesesteak was ok. Delivery was faster than expected and the food was hot.

I’ve only ever ordered pizza from here, but it’s always been fantastic! The Neapolitan pizza is hands down my favorite. Pizza Time is definitely more expensive than the chains, but worth it for the quality. As for their customer service, I usually order online. The few times I have called, the people I’ve spoken to have been pleasant enough. The only downside to this place is the delivery. Last time I ordered, the pizza was only semi-​warm by the time I got it.

Best wings in town. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. My husband and I always order their wings and we are never disappointed.

Placed an order a couple days ago the food was absolutely horrible. I called them to place a refund and the OWNER said he wouldn’t refund me. Had to get Police involved just to get my money back. Don’t buy food from this DUMP.

Pizza was really good. Price was ridiculous. 2 medium pizza. 1 Veggie, 1 with just Pepperoni $ 26! Next time will be pizza Hut.

One word… RUDE. We’ve ordered from here a couple times because they deliver to our house. Food is super greasy. However, this evening will be the last time we deal with the attitudes. It’s my boyfriends birthday and all he wanted was a cheeseburger sub so we called here. The guy on the other end, ended up arguing with us about how I ordered my wings and got super rude for no good reason. It’s not our fault you hate your job sir.

Chicken wings were raw in the middle, and whoever answered the phone was rude when we called to get a replacement order. This isn’t the first time we’ve had customer service issues with Pizza Time, but it will definitely be the LAST. Food quality has gone way down hill in the past few months. Taking our business, and money, elsewhere.

So I ordered an italian stramboli and an order of lamb kabobs. Both the stramboli and the kabobs were underwhelming. Very little cheese and meat on the stramboli, and WAY too much bread. As for the kabobs, the meat was bland and it came with side of salad and rice which both looked stale. Overall i wouldnt care about my experience, but i did pay 13.99 for the kabobs and 9.99 for the stramboli which i feel i payed WAY to much for the little food i received and the lack of satisfaction.

Didn’t even get past ordering over the phone because the Manager would not remove the green peppers from a supreme pizza and replace with Kalamata olives. not to mention that the person taking my order had no clue what Kalamata olives are. How is that possible? they make greek salads, I don’t understand. When they wouldn’t honor my request, after they were very rude, I said nevermind and told them it was bad customer service and the Manager said, that’s fine, have a nice night. They are obviously making millions of dollars and don’t need my money.
Will never call again and recommend. It’s clearly not Pizza Time.

Ordered 2 Large Pizzas during their lunch special for 10.99 each for delivery. 15 mins after placing the order I got a call saying that they were going to charge me 10 extra because I raised 1 meat topping on each pizza when the website said I could choose any 3 toppings without saying anything about any additional charges. So 30 mins later I finally ordered pizza from somewhere else but that fact of the matter is that my children in my class will not be able to have pizza on time for their school party. Never again. Apparently their menu wasn’t updated online. Any real business would have complied with what they stated online since it was their mistake. This place is obviously ran by mediocre owners. A real business would honor this.

I rather just buy from a business who treats their customers like people.

Their pizza, specifically GOURMET Pizza, is delicious. However, only reason for not being a huge «Fan» of theirs is, it is too costly. E. g X-​large pizza is $ 18.00 each. Better to get 2 Pizza hut or some others.
Can never get two or three pizzas for family, gets wayyyyy over budget than anticipated.

Great pizza! I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was when my fiancé said let’s order from «Pizza Time.» How simple a name, but simply it’s great! Their pizza has very flavorful sauce and is nice and cheesy. It also comes with garlic sauce, bonus! They also have convenient online ordering and coupons.

Ok, so after a long day at work I was in the mood for something at a place we haven’t tried yet… Pizza Time was the only place besides Domino’s that was still delivering. I ordered the shrimp basket and gyro salad– both of which were very fresh and yummy– I have plenty of leftovers for the weekend. :) GrubHub said that they wouldn’t be here for an hour, but it only took about 25 minutes.
I also asked for a side of the gyro «yogurt sauce» on the side… Which they added as well. Great for dipping fries in or as the dressing for the salad.
I can’t say anything about their pizza just yet, maybe next time. Thanks for the great service tonight! Will definitely order from again in the future.

Awesome food! We have never had an issue here and have been ordering for a very long time. Food is always spot on with flavor, temp, time… It’s all perfect! Have had pizza, subs, kabobs, fries… haven’t had anything bad. Favorite delivery place, hands down!

I used to order from here about once a month when I wanted a «cheat meal». I’ve only ordered pizza here so I can’t speak on their wings or anything else. Like most people have said, it’s decent at best but I liked the way they made pizzas if that makes sense. I stopped ordering from here after I found a fly in one of my pizzas…
I didn’t notice it until the delivery person had left… I didn’t even bother complaining. I just won’t order from here again.
