Best Starbucks in Manassas. All of the rest are garbage. This one always gets things right without the lip and attitude. I also recommend the ‘bucks in Potomac Mills Mall. Nice place to drink coffee with seating outside too.

I love the location. I love the staff. We eat breakfast here every single morning with our daughter. The only thing I would say to do different is to not have so many of the same food items in the display case. They tend to get really dried out. Besides that we love it!!! The know our order and everything!!!

Not too busy at 8:45 on a Wednesday. Cashier was very sweet and friendly. Drink and breakfast sandwich came out quick and yummy. Clean place, smelled a little funny but that’s likely due to the Dominos Pizza next door: Felt like they had the heater on which I’m not sure why (it’s June) but really no complaints.

Wow, I just went to this Starbucks and the two people working were so grumpy and clearly didn’t care about how they treat their customers! I would avoid this location if at all possible.

I am a regular to this location because of their 24hours service but recently I was at drive thru and poor cashier felt sorry for me for waiting 10minutes for my hazelnut machiatto… the barista was talking to the customers at cashier and finally guy asked her about my order… I was wondering why would they have expresso machine next to driver thru? He could haveI was almost late to work that night… thanks!

I don’t frequent this location as much as some of the others — it’s not the most convenient for me to get to.
It serves its purpose and it’s clean, they make a killer iced soy chi tea latte. I’m happy!

This starbucks is pretty much good as it gets. The customer service was exceptional, as was the speed of service. The place was very clean. When I went one Saturday morning, there was a line at the door before they even opened. I say down and enjoyed my coffee and must have seen at least 30 customers in 30 minutes. Always a good sign. They had all of their desserts and items fully stocked and neatly presented.

This really used to be one of the best Starbucks in town. But lately the customer service has tanked and to be honest anytime you have to wait almost 3 minutes before anyone acknowledges you it’s not very good. If it wasn’t for their ability to make a drink I would have given them one star

I’m not knocking it, they have their place… and I do enjoy their bold french roast.
I recently purchased a reusable plastic Starbucks cup, yes a one dollar investment. And now, I can save the planet and .10 cents with every purchase.

I absolutely LOVE this starbucks… it is my favorite location because they are the only ones who have polite, kind, caring baristas… This location is the only one who hires baristas that actually talk to you and get to know their customers. The minute I walk in, they already have my drink being made for me. I hope this location never goes away… It is a perfect spot to get in and get out of… I refuse to go to any other starbucks unless an absolute coffee emergency!

This was my original goto Starbucks where we knew the baristas etc. I fell off and started going to the drive thru on Liberia. I recently came back and was happy to see after all these years a familiar barista. I think they still make great drinks and it is cozy inside. I may bypass the drive thru and start coming back here.

One of three Starbucks in Manassas (a fourth will be opening soon in Signal Hill Shopping Center). This one is off of Route 28 — there is a Domino’s Pizza right next door.
Stopped in for my afternoon caffeine jolt — there were a few people lounging about out front sitting at the tables on the sidewalk enjoying their beverages.
Three Sbux employees were manning the counter. I think the young lady running the register was on her first day at work as she needed a bit of help ringing up my order — an iced quad, grande skinny vanilla latte.
I had to wait a few minutes for my order as there was a whole family in front of me and each one of them had ordered an exotic fru-​fru drink and it took him a while to make all of them.
There is a good bit of interior seating here — does not feel cramped.
Drink was strong and good!
