This company represented by Patti Durbin is the most consumer unfriendly with which I have ever dealt. They delivered a severely damaged 50″ glass table top to my home. They are now charging me a significant amount to deliver a new piece of glass and are refusing to take the damaged piece away.
They take only checks payable for the full amount of the furniture before delivery.
They drop ship only. Thus, with the order that included the damaged glass I hired a white glove delivery service to place the furniture in my home. I incurred that cost willingly, but I do not think I should pay for delivery again and also be left with a large piece of defective glass.
Think carefully before dealing with this company!
