The staff here is always pleasant and friendly. I don’t understand why there are negative reviews about them.

The manager is a complete idiot. I’ll leave it at that. Don’t ever go to this location. Please just drive to Gainesville or Fairfax.

Absolutely pathetic. This location is beyond ridiculous and doesn’t give anyone the time of day. The manager (Asian lady can’t remember her name) has her nose so far up in the air its just beyond me how she treats people! Just wanted to get a trunk for my wife for Christmas saw it previously on sale for $ 300 now it’s $ 350. reg. price $ 400 and wouldn’t budge on price not even 10 percent more off. All she could do was look down on me with a pathetic smirk for even asking of the possibility. Left the store and went to the Woodbridge location to which I was told they would give it to me for the price it was previously $ 300 but didn’t have any instock. (I wanted it for Christmas as a suprise for my wife). The Woodbridge location told me I should be able to get it for that price $ 300. Also told me if not that all bedroom furniture was 15 percent off until the 24^th now and were on sale weather it was already discounted or not. I call the Manassas store again tell the manager what the Woodbridge store told me to which she wouldn’t be bothered to help me yet again. Pathetic costumer service will not be back. ALSO PIER ONE AS A COMPANY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT OUR TROOPS AND DOES NOT OFFER ANY MILITARY DISCOUNT EITHER! STEER CLEAR!

Placed order at store 6 days before christmas and was notified 2 days before Christmas that my order was cancelled! Terrible service when I called too.

Employees don’t have enough information on products. She did not even know what scones are. Manager was extremely rude, couldn’t help me using a coupon. Disrespectful, poor customer service.

We bought our media stand from here. My wife got some good help from the people to get it into our little Corolla at the time. It barely fit i’m told. So I’m for that. Would love if they had a delivery service though. When we were getting married we wanted to register at Pier 1 but they don’t do registries because the turnover of their product is so fast and it changes with each season. This is a good pier 1 over all. Service has always been helpful and friendly.

Pier 1 is one of my favorite home décor stores. This was my first time in the Manassas location. They’ve now got some really cool Autumn home décor items — wreaths, candles, dishware, and other stuff.
I went in looking for a set of stained wooden drink coasters that match my bedroom end tables. $ 15.00 for a stacking set of six in a gorgeous dark espresso/​mocha brown color.
I found some cool candle holders for my dining room sideboard — I’m gonna need to come back and check out when I have the budget…
