My sandwich was cold, old and the cheese was not even melted.

Good experience :-) me and my boyfriend went 20 minutes to close and got really good service, the employees were sweet. And our order was hot and met our expectations.

Just another average mcdonalds, lower quality food, not much to expect here but the service was actually good, everybody got their food pretty fast

I hate to be «that» person, but I’m so sick of this place continuously and consistently messing up. My fiancé and I come here EVERY single morning due to the fact that this McDonald’s just so happens to be the closest one to where we live. I order the same thing every morning. An iced coffee, EXTREMELY light creamer. Yet EVERY morning without fail, I recieve coffee that is clearly 3 parts creamer to 1 part coffee. And EVERY morning I have to send it back and ask for a new one. If that’s what light creamer looks like I can’t even imagine what a regular iced coffee looks like. I’ve gotten so annoyed by this, I was basically forced to
switch my drink to avoid having to make them fix it every morning. So I switched to an unsweet iced tea… Now that it’s winter I’m drinking white chocolate mochas, because evidently it’s pretty stupid-​proof. Except today, I spontaneously decided to order a white chocolate latte… I received a cup of warm milk. Unfortunately I pulled out of the driveway before I could have this corrected, but regardless this shouldn’t have happened to begin with. I can’t stand the inconsistency, and for an establishment with supposed rules and regulations, stupid mistakes like this shouldn’t be happening! It’s McDonald’s! It’s not that difficult! Follow directions and make a drink! That’s it!
To top this place off, we ordered a chicken biscuit for breakfast. When we arrived at the window to pay we were informed that the chicken wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. We were advised to switch our order… So we did so. Afterwards we were told a new total, with an additional 2 $ charge because we ordered a more expensive sandwich… If you don’t see the error in this, let me break it down for you. YOUR establishment was unprepared and we, the customers, are being basically penalized for that. Not only are you completely unprepared to serve your customers, you’re telling us that we have to pay an additional 2 $ (which isn’t a big deal financially, it’s just the principle of the matter) for something we DIDNT EVEN WANT to begin with. Mind you, we were speaking to the manager this whole time. WHAT type of manage handles situations like this? She was so rude, it was insane. We ended up just completely abandoning the order because we just couldn’t tolerate the thought process of this woman. My fiancé is a general manager of another fast food establishment, so to see this situation handled in his manner was completely astonishing. Don’t waste your time or money on half decent food and inadequate service.

Pretty standard in terms of mcdonalds. Fairly clean location. Standard level of customer service. I did think it was a little rude that when I thanked the kid that handed me my change his only response was «yup». I myself work in customer service and tend to thank customers for dropping in and if they thank me give a «you’re welcome» in return. To each his own I suppose. I will say that I personally have never waited a long time here and they haven’t gotten my order wrong so far.

I can see why this McDonald’s get higher than normal ratings. I typically go to my neighborhood McD’s across the street when I have a craving for the Arches, but if I’m over on this part of Liberia, I’ll just stop here instead. This location runs like a well-​oiled machine, and the staff is well-​trained. During the early days of the new McDonald’s app, this was the only place that knew how to properly redeem the offers so that they could not be reused. (Of course, that means I couldn’t abuse the free large sandwich with any purchase award like I did at my neighborhood McDonald’s, but I digress)
Still, I can only give this location my standard McDonald’s three stars because the entrance for the drive-​thru is all kinds of jacked up. It’s in a ridiculously awkward position that makes it almost impossible to enter without curbing your wheel if you are making a right turn in. And when the lines get long at the drive-​thru, it congests the flow of traffic in the shopping center. Not cool.
But otherwise, this is a solid McDonald’s with a great staff and accurate service.

The new Habanero Ranch dipping sauce definitely has some kick to it! I like the new renovations but think a TV really isn’t necessary and they should have kept the play area.

Not sure why I feel so silly reviewing McD’s, but we all are guilty once in a while, so here I go.
I love the renovations to this location. Even when there is a line, you’re not stuck too long. I am not a fan of the angle of the drive thru, its quite a pain to get too, but once you’re in line, it’s smooth sailing.
The location pretty much nails it. Food is generally accurate and hot… and the staff is friendly.

Clean, modern inside. Always say thank you and are polite in the drive thru.
