Came inside because DT Lane was too long though it was going to be faster inside
There was 1 cashier open with 3 others standing by
Ordered ice tea no ice, cashier argue instead of an apology

After a very brief stink. The bad apples have been caught and I have seen decent improvement with the ladies. Sure there are still some rotten apples but the world is not perfect. Cheers to the young man and lady that I have frequently ran into at this location. Showed great respect and very personable. Respect is fine and being nice is fine. All that should be expected is to do the job and do it to the best of ones ability, forget about the outside matters and the trials and tribulations of life, being professional is something you earn through time and experience, these young kids are and will learn that, I can hope, and I can teach. ;)

Have been to a few chick-fil-a’s and this location is definitely not the best. Been here 3 times and each time it’s been either the order messed up or just the wrong order given and also the service is not great. The employees seem just a little snotty or it could just be they were having a «bad» day but that’s no excuse for treating customers the way they do. I mean…3 times??? I understand maybe one or two but not anything more than that. I understand mistakes or «bad» days but no excuse. Also, chick-​fil-​a as a company gives a military discount (10%), to those who serve or have served, w/​valid ID. Well… came here the first time and second time and the discount was applied. The third time we went i had asked to get the military discount and showed my ID… well the girl not sure if she was new or not but we told her that chick-​fil-​a gives a 10% discount for military… she said she didn’t believe they did that but would ask her manager… not sure what she asked but the manager said no. Well… besides the girl being a little snotty and the manager not knowing or maybe just being rude… i just said «ok well we know y’all do but today. it’s fine it’s just tax. it’s fine». Anyways. paid for our meal sat down and ate.
Overall though, we won’t be back to this location. If you want great and I mean GREAT service… military or not… go to the Chick-​Fil-​A on Sudley Manor. They’re always crazy busy and the service from employees AND management is amazing! They’re just awesome. If you do go to this location (Liberia) mostly and just want to compare the locations (Liberia and Sudley Manor) do that. That way you can see which one you prefer.

How could you rate this Chick-​fil-​A anything but a 5. Been going there for years. Recently down loaded from Facebook the free chicken sandwich offer when you down load the Chick-​fil-​A app to your phone. Took just a few seconds and set up is a snap. Went to store at 9506 Liberia Ave in Manassas to redeem it. I was a little nervous about how to proceed but the manager came up and explained everything in great detail. He (I didn’t get his name) described and showed me how to use all the features of the app. I went up to the register and ordered the sandwich and just placed my phone under the scanner and up came a receipt and my order in about a minute. I thought by going there around 2:45 it would be slow. Was I wrong there was at least 12 cars in the drive thru and only 3 open parking spaces. Just shows you what a great place it is.

In my opinion, this Chick-​fil-​A is THE BEST CHICK-​FIL-​A IN THE WORLD! This Chick-​Fil-​A has their process «down pat»! Most everything they do has been mastered and couldn’t be done any better! Their food is great and the customer service is spot on. There is always someone in the dining area cleaning the tables and emptying the trash. The drive thru is fast and efficient. Most of the time you can meet the franchise owner! It is almost like he lives here. If you see a red Chick-​Fil-​A Mustang in the parking lot, then he is here. He is one of the nicest Chick-​Fil-​A Franchise owners around! It definitely shows that he CARES about everyone who walks into his doors! The employees are nice as well. They are very nice and most of them have been with this CFA for several years. It is unbelievable the care and effort that is put into this Chick-​fil-​A!

HECK YA!!! In my travels around America, I have found this Chick-​fil-​A to be THE BEST! This Chick-​fil-​A is one that other Chick-fil-A’s should model after. I really recommed this place!

I was craving some fries before one of my classes (11:00am). I decided to quickly stop by this Chick Fil A since it is the nearest one. They never fail to disappoint me, the second most nearest one is about 30 minutes away so I decided to have hope their fries would be good at least this one time. I received my order and ran back to my car only to open the bag up to old nasty fries. There were a lot of fries but they were all in a knot and old tasting. I’m pretty sure they gave me the last of what was left behind. However the lady who took my order was very kind and nice. Yet the food still sucks.

Very Satifsify with this location, only bad part are the lines and sometimes there are no parking spaces as well but everyone is really friendly and my food is always amazing!!!

This chick-​fil-​a is by far one of the worst in the area. They are constantly forgetting things in my order and sometimes they even forget to give me my food which is ridiculous. The food here is mediocre at best they let things sit in the heater too long, and when you ask for something fresh, be prepared to be forgotten about or approached 20 minutes later asking if you have ordered and are waiting on something… The great chick-​fil-​a Customer service is lacking heavily as their team members express almost no enthusiasm and look depressed no matter what, that is when they aren’t trying to slyly disrespect you when questioning whether or not you’ve completed a survey for a free sandwich. Overall I would avoid this chick-​fil-​a at all costs, if craving chick-​fil-​a in the Manassas area take your business to Chick-​fil-​a Sudley Manor.

I love the Chicken sandwiches. So delicious. Taste like heaven. In my opinion they are better than Mcdonalds, Burgerking, Wendys, Taco Bell. They are the best! This place is wonderful. 100% A+.
There’s only 1 small problem, THEY DO NOT HAVE A DOLLAR MENU!!! If they had that it would be amazing-​er!!!

2 stars because the food is good, but I will drive across town from now on due to a recent experience with the drive thru staff. I will tolerate a lot when it comes to food & service staff, I understand when it’s busy mistakes can happen and it is hectic. But frankly, the two young men working the window made me very angry when they took extra time to party with the people in front of me after they had received their order already. Honestly, I’d drive to another county if I had to avoid the poor customer service again.

I always get what I asked for even when I do the Drive Thru. Food is always good. Staff are friendly. Comfortable place.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Chick-​fil-​A I didn’t like. The food is always good and the service is always decent. This Chick-​fil-​A is really no different.

Love this place. The food is great and the staff are always amazing. There is such a comfortable feeling inside the restaurant and it’s a great place for kids to play inside their kids’ playroom. Just wish they had the delicious peach shakes year ’round, as I’m going through withdrawal!

This is another place that is amazing. Some times I forget it is fast food when I walk in to the establishment. The place is emaculate, the staff are all amazingly friendly, and the food is on point for fast food. I only had an order messed up once. And when I found it was they not only fixed it, but did it for free.
Go grab a quick bite to eat. Perhaps some chicken nuggets!

So disappointed by our experience at chick fil a tonight! We usually go to this location and have an awesome experience, but thanks to SANDY, we will not be returning!!! So rude, and just not fit to be a chick fil a employee.
Also, our cookie was so hard that my 6 year old brother bit into it and told me it was like metal.

Probably the best fast food in Manassas. The service is superior. Kids friendly — has indoor playground. And the yogurt parfait is yummy.
Sometimes during the lunch time it is really faster to go and order your food inside than wait in a drive-​trough line.

I’m not a fan of the PR tactics here… and I certainly don’t like where some of the money goes to… but I’ll be honest, sometimes I just want a damn good chicken sandwich and a killer peach shake.
The staff here is always full of «my pleasures» and I’ve never received an incorrect order from the drive thru. The food has always been hot and fresh.
The parking lot is a total disaster but I blame the architects and engineers for that nonsense. The drive thru gets backed up into the entrance which subsequently backs up the light on Liberia and the traffic entering in the shopping center, but once you get through all that BS, you’re in for a killer chicken sammie!

It seems every experience I’ve had in northern Virginia Chik-fil-a’s had been very similar. Friendly staff, clean and orderly dining areas, and most importantly delicious food. It gets extremely busy during lunch, if I had the choice between done in and drive thru I would probably suggest opting in to the dining room. Very festive during Christmas time too ! Yes, it’s the healthy choice… just drive thru and drink in the goodness.
