great place for gamer and family love games. good worker on that store really good people. thank you all you guys working there

Friendly and awesome staff. Great selection, just very very expensive. If you need help finding a game, they will help track it down for you.

I normally love GameStop and it’s difficult to have a poor experience when I’m shopping for games. However Tiffany, the sales associate at this store, was unhelpful, unapproachable, and unfriendly. Consequently I will never be coming back to this particular GameStop.
Upon entry to the store, no greetings or assistance were offered which is not really a bad thing– just a little weird to have the cashier blankly staring at me while I’m shopping around the store. (I was the only one there and the atmosphere was less than inviting) After a brief search for what I was looking for, I approached the counter to receive a muttered, «What do YOU want?» I was a little taken aback because the man I thought was back there had a female voice. At this point I decided brevity was crucial; because I wasn’t about to let some tattoo-​addict ruin my evening. I politely inquired if they carried wireless headsets for the XBox 360. Tiffany then mockingly asked, «‘Wireless headset??’ Don’t you mean like a Bluetooth or something??» I replied with a brief «sure,» just hoping to get out and on my way quickly. This cashier then sat there typing at her keyboard without looking up for at least two minutes. I actually started to depart the store without buying anything but then Tiffany started slowly putzing over to the headset on the shelf and ever so slowly untwisted the lock for the wireless headset and dragged her feet all the way back to the cash register. As I checked out she mumbled something about my gaming plus card (I seriously wonder if she was high on drugs as it was difficult to understand her). I started to read out my phone number and she actually cut me off mid sentence with a «wait, you have to WAIT… Okay Whaddya got?» I replied with «Excuse me? I’m trying to give you my phone number for my gaming plus card that you just asked for.» Tiffany then stated, «Uhm, hello what is it???» Again I contemplated just walking out of the store. Then the «it» cashier again told me to «waaait,» as I went to swipe my card to pay. I decided to be the bigger person throughout all this and just leave, «it,» with a «Thank you, have a good one.»
I really want to caution anyone from shopping at this particular GameStop… There are plenty of other GameStops in the area and WalMart is right across the street; so spare yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I always like Gamestops no matter where I am and this place is no different!
They actually update your online account for you as well… bravo!

This Gamestop specifically (on Liberia Ave) is great. The staff is really friendly and help you out with getting games that you’re interested in, trading in old games, etc. My son and I always go to this one versus the others in Woodbridge.

Outstanding Customer Service. You just don’t find people that go the extra mile these days, and they do. Even when they are super slammed, they take that extra step and give you individual attention. In my opinion, thats what seperates them from just your average Gamestop.
