Jamie is the best take out person ever she is very helpful and very nice. Cherish was our server she was awesome and really nice and sweet love this place because of them!

Good food… I love the ten spice chicken. But the Owner guy was rude as all hell. we went there to watch the football games and have some food. we get placed at a table right in front of a tv (thinking that’s pretty awesome) when suddenly out tv channel gets changed to a hockey game. We asked our server if they could change it back so they went and got the owner. He comes over and says that he has a guy over at the bar who wants to watch the hockey game and the two tvs are connected. So we’re asking him if he can do anything to switch it and he’s just like «I can’t help you, I have 20 other tvs playing football. watch those».(the other tvs are to our sides and behind us… meaning we would have to be craning our necks the entire time or sit facing away from the table)…the table next to us also start complaining. so he finally says he’ll try but it won’t be HD.(we don’t care)…I watched him play with the remote and all he did was hit the menu button a few times… then he says it’s not gonna work and with a very snarky, sarcastic tone was like «you can’t see the other tvs? I’ve got 20 other tvs going, just watch them instead». I was shocked that a owner would talk to clients like that. About 45 mins later the guy at the bar watching hockey paid his bill and left. I looked over, saw the owner looking at our table and then he just walked in the back. Didn’t offer to change the channel or anything…

This is my favorite place to get hot buffalo wings and beer! Consistent every time! The servers are so friendly and service is great. My family enjoys the variety of dishes especially the burgers!

The food is always really good here, service is the only problem. I ordered online today a very simple order and they got it wrong! They tried to charge me for 2 salads when I clearly asked for 2 orders of ranch. They also gave me barely any fries even though I paid almost $ 4 extra for them. I am very disappointed. They people were also rude and did not know what they were doing.

First visit Glory Days Grill, Manassa VA and this franchise, I have to say they don’t like non-​white looking customers. My colleagues and I were there for lunch on Nov 21, 2015. It was 5 of us, two Asian, one Hispanic, one East Indian and one Black. We went there at or around 1230, grad some lunch, need to kill some times before our meeting next door at 3pm. Order went in at 1245 according to the receipt, and food arrived at 1: 36 (i checked my phone) after 51 mins waiting for our food. During the whole time, our server Claire C never come to check on us, or let us know why the food was taking so long, or how was the food or if we need any desserts. She made the minimum effort as a server to keep her job. 30 mins went pass, no one came to us and let us know what’s going on with our food. One of my colleague was nice enough and went to the front and advised one of the pregnant server/​worker if they have anything to bring to the table for me because I am pregnant, and I am hungry. She wasn’t asking for the whole table. The pregnant server came to our table, told us that nothing can be offered from them, but here’s some crackers (very nice, a whole restaurant has nothing to offer but crackers). No problem, she also told us that the kitchen is back up, and she does not know how much longer we have to wait (really? can’t even check with the kitchen or see how much longer before our orders will be taken?). Finally our food came, our server never apologizes or give us a reason why the food was taking so long.
While we are eating our food, the next table with 5 white customers, who sat down after us was served with a complimentary appetizer by the chef (in black outfit) from the kitchen, he apologized to the table about the long wait and told them that the dish is on him.
I am not upset because we didn’t get a free meal or something, we don’t walk into a restaurant hoping the kitchen is back up and we can get something free. I don’t expect excellent service or food when i walk into a restaurant like this, but the way we were being treated is totally unacceptable. I hope your franchise can run the business a bit better.

A kid friendly sports bar… awesome for dads and moms. We are fairly regular diners. The burgers are always good, the salmon is just ok but it’s a sports bar. The staff is invariably friendly. The wait staff is mostly good. There has been a time or two when the service wasn’t that quick but that has been rare.
They usually have face painting or some other kids activity on Wednesdays. Nickelodeon or the Cartoon network is always on somewhere for the toddlers. The Mrs and I can then catch the Caps, the Skins or the Buckeyes while enjoying a cold beer and a decent meal. Good place.

Don’t get me wrong, the food was great but the service. not so much. It was my first time dining here. Our server was very inattentive, a bit rude, and quite frankly. a little slow. It took forever to receive our waters. She came back the second time to check on us. but didn’t bring the waters. Never I have ever experienced such poor service. My friend and her father come here often so they informed me of what was good on the menu. So like I said earlier, food was good but service was poor. Will come back, but will definitely request for a different server.
I would also like to add that aside from our long awaited beverages and food, we discovered that our absentminded server has gotten our orders wrong. even after verifying twice before she wrote it down. She offered to take it in and bring back the correct orders but we did not want to wait any longer so we just accepted the food as is. This was unacceptable. If my company wasn’t so great, my night would’ve been ruined.

My husband and I came out tonight for some good burgers. BURGER Monday always takes so long for the food to come out. We each got the trifecta prime medium rare. They came out in a timely manner and everything was cooked perfectly. Autumn was our server and she was just lovely. At least at this locstion, Glory Days has the best burgers that I have ever tasted down to the bun! We always have a pleasant experience each time we dine. Our 12 month old little girl devoured the mac n cheese. Thanks again.

This is a great glory days location and I’ve been to plenty ! The service is always good, I’ve never once had a bad experience and the food is always on point ! Now, granted I always seem to get the glory day Bison burger or their glory wings and an order of cheese fries but everything else seems good too. They don’t care if you sit there and chat all night but they can also get you in and out of there in no time if need be ! I highly recommend this location !!

We were Friday night regulars until baby # 2 came along… we’ll be back when we sleep more than 2 hours in a row. The food is decent, the staff is friendly and accomodating. It is a sports bar/​restaurant that caters to families. The wife and I can go in and catch a game while a couple of the 30+ tvs are tuned to cartoons for the kids. I usually get the salmon or a Hellfire burger… always good. The Mrs. usually gets the Chicken Penne or Southwest salad. Lots of options are available for the kids, which is better than most places that typically have 2 or 3 items.

We got in and out within an hour. The Crab Pretzel appetizer was delicious. Their new Lobster Roll and grilled corn was delicious. Hellfire Chicken was actually spicy and highly recommended. The bartender made the best long island ice tea I have had in a long time.

Awesome sports bar. Food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Service is exceptional …

Wow. It’s our first time here. We waited for a waiter and then Coty came to our rescue! He helped and placed our order. Everything was very tasty and fresh
My honey had a chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. He said it was good. I had steak and cheese philly with mushrooms and peppers. Side salad. Very good

Glory days is a late night restaurant. So why do I always get an attitude when I come in past 9? Okay, that isn’t fair. Not always. There is an older lady who works in cocktail that’s always accommodating but I have not seen her in a while.
I come here quite often. Or have. Right now I am taking a seriously long break. My fiancé & I enjoy the food a lot & I love the cucumber basil cocktail, but the last four times we’ve been we have gotten the worst bar service, 3 of 4. It’s always been on a Sunday or Monday night & she’s never said her name but she is a female bartender. She never smiles. She always has an attitude. & all three times she has reminded us that she closes down at 11. Alright, it’s 10. That’s in an hour…
The first time, she got my order wrong. Didn’t even greet us for a good ten minutes BC she was too busy flirting w an employee who was sitting down at the bar eating & drinking. I know he’s an employee BC I’ve seen him work there & he had taken off his shirt & wore a wife beater at the bar w his shirt on the bar. Then I ordered the cucumber basil drink which is my favorite & she copped a serious attitude about making that. I actually didn’t even order a second one BC she was that openly mad about it. I could understand if she had cleaned the blender & I wanted something frozen… But the hardest part of that drink is the mint which isn’t really that hard.
The second time I got the same attitude about the drink. Then was told an appetizer would be a better choice BC they close at 11 (yeah, she reminded us again) so we just got nachos as I had just gotten off of work & was very hungry but didn’t want to piss her off.
The third time we came in again & I turned around to leave BC I saw her again. But my fiancé was like it’s only 9 maybe she will be nicer BC it’s not «close to closing.» I argued w him in front of the host for a while, but he won. He did drive after all ;) So we sat down. Now I’m thinking it was on a Monday BC there was no cocktail waitress each night, the wonderful bartender had the bar & cocktail. The same attitude! Okay we are into our twenties even though we look young, which she can see on our ID’s when she checks them every time. So I did think maybe she just had an attitude about serving no tip teenagers, but that can’t be it. The two previous times we still tipped 15% (which sucks for her BC I am a waitress myself & a 30% tipper which some of the male bartenders & servers there have benefited from previously) & we aren’t that hard to take care of! Put a plate of wings & a yeungling in front of my fiancé & he won’t even say a word for a good thirty minutes. Anyway, we order. Attitude about the drink again but this time I don’t care. I keep ordering it until I’m done w them. Then she waits to tell me she brings me the wrong fish tacos. I’m just annoyed & don’t want them at this point but I let her try to correct it. Maybe in the future she should write orders down if she can’t remember… I don’t know. She is just so rude. Anyway she says to the same male employee that’s again at the bar after work in his wife beater that she doesn’t want to be there & they close soon (obviously hinting at us BC we are a few seats down from him) & I’m so tired of hearing that. James, on Monday nights, never complained about wanting to close. He always let us take our time & eat at our own pace. She needs to ask to not be scheduled for a close BC she obviously doesn’t want to be there!!! This time, she got a ten percent tip BC I was just so over her whole attitude.
We did come back right before my surgery a couple of weeks ago for my last meal before the surgery (so June 1) at like 830ish. We had a nice, feisty blonde cocktail server who you should applaud if you can see who worked that night. I said to my fiancé that if the bartender is there that we would leave & he agreed this time, but since there was a cocktail waitress we stayed. She gets five stars! She was hilarious & had totally great comebacks for my fiancé’s funny” jokes. She offered a peach lemonade BC I told her I couldn’t have alcohol before the surgery. She was totally personable & I loved her! We gave her a fat tip! She was always two steps ahead of us w service & OMG I asked for extra chipotle mayo for my fish tacos & she brought the biggest ramekin! That was a 20 $ tip right there! She laughed when I told her I loved her for it, but that made me so happy. I told her I loved it A LOT (the sauce, but her too).
However she didn’t make up for the bartender. That girl is rude & should really do some soul searching about her choice of work BC she is very obviously unhappy. I will always leave if she is there from now on. & I actually try to pick different restaurants before just hopping in the car & driving to glory days now which used to be such a nice habit for us as a couple. She turned me off that much in those three visits. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I gave her three chances & got the same attitude. Oh well.

Went here the other day for lunch. Andrew was our server, he was great! Got wings and cheese fries, was all decent. Atmosphere sucked, there were 3 loud crying kids right next to us. We’re parents too so we know how they can get… But get off your dang smart phone’s and tend to your kids needs!

Was here for dinner Friday night. Had the $ 3.00 frozen margaritas during happy hour… quite good. My wife didn’t care for hers and ordered a glass of wine. They took her margarita off the bill. (We didn’t ask them to but our server said that we shouldn’t pay for something we didn’t like. really nice!) My daughter and wife shared a crab dip and I had the most delicious garlic wings. Awesome. My burger was great, wife loved her fish and chips, and my daughter liked hers too. The portions were a good size so we skipped dessert. Would definitely come back.

This is a sports bar with food.
We started with the half-nacho’s appy… came out quick and was OK.
My first time in this place and had the meat loaf. James had the Cuban.
I’ll give it 3.5 starts… can I do that?
The meat loaf was quite good, it comes with mashed taters & broccoli with gravy on the side.
James didn’t finish his cuban… he got a go box. He said it was OK.
Ronnie, our server looked like he was still in HS, sporting a Mets cap.
He was friendly and professional and we got good service.
They tout 25 large HD TV’s…I didn’t count them all but that seems about right. They have a different spin on the sound to various games… you get a wireless speaker box on your table so you can hear the sound as you eat. For the few of us around here who are NOT ‘skins fans and don’t have Sunday ticket… this might be worth checking out on game day.
I believe this place merits another visit based upon further review of their menu. I see they have several grilled entrée’s and ‘soft’ tacos, notably grilled fish & shrimp… hmmm.

I’ve been to various Glory Days locations around Northern Va, but most recently chose to refuel at the Manassas location during the dinner hour with some friends. This was by far my best Glory Days experience to-​date.
Our server, Amanda (?), was awesome. She’s just one of those people who seems constantly in a happy place. She was pleasant to be around, gave good recommendations and was never pushy. Even more impressive was the fact that she was detail oriented. She remembered from taking our orders that one person in our group did not like tomatoes, came back and asked if we wanted them included or not on the appetizer of nachos. We hadn’t even thought of it — but she did! Kudos to her!
App: Nachos — piled with gooey cheese, ample chili, topped with lettuce and sour cream. Our group of 3 devoured this dish with enthusiasm.
Entrée: Loaded Chili Dog w/​Hellfire Mac & Cheese — it’s not often that I crave a hot dog, especially from a restaurant. Or anything with BBQ sauce (mac ‘n cheese). I’m so very glad I gave it a shot. The dog was juicy and the chili, jalapeño relish and onion straws provided a number of various tastes and textures that blended perfectly together. The mac ‘n cheese was a great match for the dog. Overly cheesy (in a good way) with a tad of BBQ sauce squeezed on top and jalapeño bacon mixed in. Winning!
Dessert: Oreo Sliders — 3 crunchy oreo cookies filled with creamy oreo ice cream.
Food was good, service was on-​point all around and we really enjoyed ourselves. When I have a craving for Glory Days, this is the place I will go… hoping of course, to get the same server!

It’s update time.
As I’ve previously mentioned I am not a fan of paying for crappy service, since this was the standard I had been getting at Glory Days Manassas, I just stopped going. Thank Poptart (my sister) for having a wing craving last night, after about a 5 minute debate, she convinced me to agree to Glory Days take out for dinner.
We placed the order and I must stay, the person on the end of the phone was very knowledgeable about the menu, took the order, read everything back to us and told us it would be ready in twenty minutes.
When we got there, the server opened up each of the containers in front of us and checked each for accuracy.
Poptart got wings and a salad. She was happy.
I got the new buffalo chicken burger and a salad, I really enjoyed the sandwich. It’s not a chicken patty like I was expecting, it’s an actual ground chicken burger and it holds the juiciness much better. The buffalo sauce and bleu cheese were fantastic on top. Probably the best part about the sandwich was the amazing roll it was on, it was some sort of buttery goodness sent from above! I was quite sad when I’d realized I had eaten the whole thing.
I am going to up my star points for Glory Days. Granted this incident didn’t involve a sit down dining experience with an actual server but I feel like maybe they have stepped up their game a little bit. This has enticed me enough to step back through the doors and actually sit at a table and maaaybe start coming back here again.
