The service at this restaurant is interesting. The wait staff seems to have little to no direction from management at all. If you sit in the bar area, you will notice the tables along the back wall are always filled with people who work there(on the clock or not). If you haven’t seen your server in a while, odds are he/she is hanging out in the staff-friendly seating section of the bar. There’s a lot of BS-ing at this location and very little work going on. It seems the only person who actually«mans his zone» and does his job is the bartender.

Downright terrible. Went inside to be seated and they asked us to seat ourselves on the patio. Once we sat down, it wasn’t until I stared down a staff member for them to ask me if we had been served yet. Once we finally got some waters, we ordered drinks and traditional wings in 3 flavors — Asian zing, medium and spicy garlic. Our server only checked on us twice throughout our meal, until it was time to pay the bill of course. My drink, a margarita, was brought out AFTER our wings came out. Their excuse was that«the bar was a little backed up» when only ¼ of the restaurant was filled. The margarita tasted like straight simple syrup and was too artificial to drink to the point that it seemed like there was no tequila in it. Our wings came out cold and dried out. The Asian zing sauce was great, but we couldn’t even really taste the others because they of the condition we received them in. Waste of $ 40.

I’ve been to plenty of bdubs and had excellent service but this one is by far not on the top of my list. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Be aware of two servers on the bar side though, these two will walk right past you without even checking on you. They take their time to serve you and get annoyed when you ask them for refills. I have literally got up to the bar and ordered my drink because they sit in the corner talking to each other. The management knows about these two but doesn’t do anything about their performance. As far as the rest of the place, service at the bar and dining side is really good. The staff there are friendly, prompt and attentive. Whenever I go here I make sure to ask for certain servers now.

Food was great, waitress was mostly attentive. Issue began when it took 15 minutes for a drink refill because she started talking to a coworker, just standing around at the computer area, who was loudly mocking other customers.

My friend and I went to this BWW’s yesterday for lunch. Our server was very nice and attentive to us for half of our meal. Once her coworkers began to show up for work she became more interested in them. She came and cleaned off our table and asked if we would like a refill and we politely said no. We assumed this meant we were done and ready to go but apparently that was not the case for her. After waiting for 5 minutes for our check she walks back towards us but sits down at a table beside us with one of her coworkers and carries on a conversion. She then proceeds to get on her cellular device. Meanwhile, we are sitting at our table with no drinks, no food, and our wallets out ready to pay. 15 minutes later she finally gives us our checks! The food was good, just like any other BWW, but the service was horrible. It wasn’t just our particular waitress there were several waitresses paying more attention to their phones and side conversations instead of their customers.

I really have nothing bad to say about this place. It has a lot of turnover like all businesses so it’s hard to single out management. So it’s pick your poison when you want to blame someone. It gets 3 from me because corporate sure hires any body for their business. Couple that with expensive food and it drops from 4. This place has its good and bad. But nothing shockingly bad from me. If anything it’s been good to me and I’m lucky cause I live 2 miles away. I’ll be coming back for the hottest wings they could make cause while in hell why not enjoy the fire!

This staff is terrible. Good is fine, but I expect more from bwws. I’ll go if others are going. But definitely not my first choice.

The service at this place, not unlike any other Buffalo Wild Wings, pretty much sucks. I have never understood why it’s so hard for them to get food out in a reasonable amount of time, or even act as if they care. It’s like all the servers and managers are zombies. I’m never, ever going back to this location, which is too bad.

Been coming to this location since it opened, but never had an experience like today. We came in during the Redskins game and knew it would be busy, but were told there is no wait to sit outside. It was lovely out so we said why not and were told our waitress would be with us shortly. When she came out, she looked so pissed off. Like it was an inconvenience to have us here. We got our appetizer before our drinks and we’re watching the other tables around us have way more attentive servers. At one point in taking our order, the waitress got distracted by a friend she saw and rushed us through ordering so she could literally run into the street and talk to someone in a car. We got our food and my wings were barely sauced. We had to wait quite a while for our server to come back with the sauce and napkins/wet wipes. She then kinda just disappeared for a while and we were ready to go but had no check, so we went inside and attempted to pay but were told we have to pay our server. She looked even more pissed when she came back and faked a smile for us and handed us our bill. Then she disappeared again… for about 10 mins. Finally she came back and we gave her our money to pay, she quipped«I promise I’ll be back in a second» like it was some joke. Pssht. Of course we’ll be back, just not on a Sunday and hopefully not with the same server.

As another reviewer said, «Meh» sums it up pretty nicely. I know I am late to the party on BWWs but we made our first visit last week. When we walked in no one at the host stand said anything. We asked if we just seat ourselves and the hostess says, «You can look for your own seat but you have to come back and see if it is available.» What? NO! How about you just seat us. A lot of TVs, great for watching the Nats game but it is very loud. The service was very good. The beer selection is varied but disappointingly not on the craft beer bandwagon. About 30 uninspired macro brew taps. The wings are what we were there for. Very disappointed. The size and fried texture of the wings are fine but the sauces are awful. Every sauce is the same type of corn syrupy base with different flavors added into each one. Come on, everyone knows that mild to medium buffalo sauce is just Frank’s Red Hot mixed with butter. If you cannot get this sauce right, none of your flavors are worth eating. Syrupy sauce? Yuck! The appetizer sampler was pretty good except that boneless wings(also known as chicken nuggets) cannot be substituted for real wings and the sauce we had on the chicken nugget boneless wings was the same syrup sauce. Too many other places offer the same type bar food with a better atmosphere, better beer choices, and much better chicken wings. We will not be back.

Best wings around here really, for a chain at least. This particular location is really nice. Staff is always really friendly and on point. They have great happy hour and specials. As a bonus there’s a charging station for my car in the parking lot. Can’t go wrong with free charging while eating dinner.

Wing Tuesdays! And boneless Thursdays! I wish the waitresses aren’t sitting down looking at their phones while on duty. I literally have to stare at them till they look at me to order more wings or additional appetizers. Tip: They charge you extra for blue cheese and ranch, but they don’t tell you. I said yes when they asked for ranch, but the waitress there brought me two and charged me when I only dipped my wings 2 times and the other one was untouched. Other than these minor issues, nice place to eat once in awhile.

Food is not spectacular and neither is the bar. Just the setting is not very inviting to stay at the bar area. The restaurant layout is too open and there are too many screaming kids that you can’t hear the game. This is why I prefer other locations. Tracey is wonderful and gives us superb customer service everytime.

This is our«go-to» wing spot in Manassas. The only place that has good wings plus a variety of sauces(not just mild, medium or hot). We go for wing Tuesdays($ 1 wings). Our favorite flavors are Thai curry, honey bbq, chipotle bbq, spicy garlic & Caribbean jerk. The normal buffalo are good too. We do not like the ghost pepper(a tasteless heat), margarita, Parmesan garlic or lemon pepper. Not good. Salads are missable. Pretty good onion rings and queso. But the star is definitely the wings. Good sports bar atmosphere without being so loud you have to shout to talk.

We were here yesterday for the US vs Portugal game. Our server was fantastic and handled the rowdy soccer fans that completely overtook the bar area like a champ. She is actually the only reason this wasn’t a two star review. Several things bothered me about this BWW… first, how do you run out of boneless wings by 4pm on a busy bar day? This is a wing bar. This makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever. Second, the women’s bathroom was GROSS. Third, why were there so many children in the bar area? It’s a bar. Bars are for grownups. Looks like we should have gone to Glory Days as usual.

A few months ago I heard how a lot of people were offended when this place supposedly had a misunderstanding with some cops and their no-gun policy. What struck me was the manager’s response. Evidently the head manager was not present during the incident, but he later went to great lengths to try to apologize to the offended cops. I like cops. They keep the roads safe and help keep bad guys off the streets, and this guy evidently had a lot of respect for the public servants. Plus a lot of the far right wing wackos were extremely angry so we figured that any place that gets those type of people angry has got to be worth another shot. So we went again. It was kind of weird because the last time we went was during the Billabong Pipemasters Pro surfing competition, and this time it was during the Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach surfing competition(which my main man Adriano De Souza won and the lovely Carissa Moore won the women’s side). We went in the afternoon which was probably about 5 a.m. in Queensland so nobody was in the water at that time. I’m sure they had the live footage of this prestigious event when it was underway. Right? Anyway, we ordered take out, and while we were waiting we talked with one of the dudes there, and he was pretty cool. We’re very dorky looking so cool dudes usually don’t talk to us, but this guy was very nice. Precious asked him to put a soccer match on one of the monitors. I don’t remember what match it was. It all looks the same to me. We got a variety of different wings. I think I’m going to go with the Asian zing flavor because those were very good. Maybe I’ll try the mango habanero flavor and the jalapeño flavor next time too. I had thought about maybe catching a world cup game at this place next year. I usually like to watch a game while sitting on my couch with special sauce dripping down my chin, but I think it might be cool to catch a game at a sports bar like a real American.

This is the new Bdubs by the Harris Teeter off Liberia. It has a nice patio and the inside is pretty massive with A LOT of TV’s inside. We sat at the bar and I was excited because I haven’t been to a Bdubs since the college days in Richmond. We would frequent the restaurant every Tuesday for cheap beer and wings when we were all super poor. The bartender was nice if a bit bland. It kind of sounded like she was reading off a dialogue card the whole evening though. They had $ 5 Dos Equis which is a favorite of mine so I was happy about that. We got wings and a burger but it took about 30 – 40 minutes for them to come out which is too long in my book especially on a Wednesday night close to 9pm. Finally though they came out after asking the bartender again. I can’t speak on the burger, but the wings were small and over-sauced and under-seasoned. I got the sweet bbq sauce and the dry chipotle flavor. The sweet bbq was drenched with sauce and the dry chipotle flavor tasted like plain chicken wings… disappointed. Definitely wouldn’t return for the food but their set-up is nice if you want to catch a game and some beers. I’ll stick with Bonchon, Beer and Chicken, or Popeyes for my fried chicken needs.

This is the worst BWW I have been too, no doubt. I have eaten here at least three times and I was just not happy. On the flip side, the service was good. The first time we went in we sat at the bar and the bartender was great. He had some recommendations and we rolled with it. I tried the triple play nachos as they were the special at the time and I have to say, terrible. Reason being, the wing sauce just tasted like salt paste and the pork tasted like it was soaked in a sugar bath. No actual flavor profile to this thing at all. Plain cornchips would have been better. My wife also tried some dip they had on special where you add a wind sauce to the cheese dip. She picked the parmessian garlic sauce and it was more sauce than it was cheese. Again, just plain salty. The only thing we had that we both enjoyed was the poppers. It is hard to screw them so I am happy they didn’t. I have eaten at a few different BWW, and one of my buddies said I was crazy because they are all the same. They use the same frozen food and the same sauce. This location just seems to be way saltier than the rest. I couldn’t even eat the wings I ordered because they tasted like pure salt. I have had better wings at Hooters and lets face it, most of us don’t go to Hooters for the food!
