I would like to be able to give this location a better review, but I am not happy with their service. The food is not bad, but on two separate occasions I have had to call them after getting our order delivered to have the driver bring us the rest of our order. The first time I called, the girl who answered was RUDE. I even called ahead this time before they delivered to ask them to make sure everything we paid for was included when it got delivered, yet, and still, this did not happen. I’ve had enough. I will no longer be ordering from this location.

I love their pizza (and chicken)
BUT we always order online…
We just placed an order over an hour ago
& when we called to ask about it, they told us they couldnt find our house!
(after so many orders?)
Then they said they called us, at the wrong number!
Blamed US! For giving them the wrong number–
but when i mentioned having the web receipt with the actual CORRECT phone number,
the manager (sounded like f i l a m o n) put me on hold,
He said he didnt want to be responsible for taking my re-​order…
and nobody ever picked up for us to place an order.
I guess if you’re so busy, you dont need to retain repeat customers…
which stinks cause they are one of the few good options for delivery in
Clifton– or WERE.

I work nearby this location, so they give us a vendor discount which is really, really nice of them.
The pizza is always hot and delicious and the manager is always really professional and nice. I give it 4 stars because I’m a sucker for small businesses and artisan pizzas.

Better ingredients, better pizza. That’s their slogan, but it’s true. We’ve all tried the other places but they just aren’t as good as Papa Johns.

We eat a ton of pizza from Papa John’s! We love getting cheese free pizza (I know weird) from them at least once a week!
Thank you for the free pizza every 25 points! Because we have had 5 free pizzas since February… and it makes us happy!
