Ledo Pizza

I love Ledo’s pizza, it is my favorite. The crust is crispy and delicious. Restaurant is clean and the service is good.

My «Favorite pizza place», with great salads and wings too! I like mine wings eXtra WELL done. No problem, they’re happy to accommodate. The pizza is what I crave here and for me, it’s all about their «Ledo’s sauce»! It’s sweet and savory with a rich tomato flavor. The crust (square pie) is not too thin, and far from thick and doughy… just right for my taste! A favorite is the Sausage, onion, & mushroom w/​and extra side of sauce all washed down with a draught beer, and boy oh boy… that’s as good as it gets!

My husband and I had not been to a Ledos pizza place in while since we had moved and also the service all the time we went was horrible. We decided to use the rest of our gift card and try it again but obviously in a different location… this one on Liberia.
At first we were all good and the place was very clean which we liked. The waitress was very nice. We definitely could tell she was new but she was good.
We always share a 8inch pizza when we go and we chose a Spring Chicken pizza which the main ingredients for the toppings is fresh bay leaves and chicken. Well… we got the pizza and everything else we had ordered. As we looked at the pizza I noticed the leaves that it said come on it (cooked in and on top as well) were not there it was just chicken and cheese and everything else it said.
Since we have had it before plenty of times, we told the waitress what it was missing and she being new asked if we would like her to bring some out or just take it back or whatever… no first off they’re suppose to be cooked with the pizza anyway but she was new so it was no big deal. It was not her fault and not putting blame on her.
She went to the front and then came back and told us that she was a just told the reason there was not any on it was because they were completely out of the leaves… which I didn’t believe because why wouldn’t you tell your employees «hey if anyone orders this certain pizza make sure with them that it’s ok if it doesn’t have a certain topping/​ingredient and if not then they can always change their order to something else». This way the employees are informed AND the customer is not paying for half-a**ed pizza.
No manager even came over to talk to us to see if we were ok with it but the waitress asked if we wanted to have her take it back or if we were fine with it (very nicely asked too) and we just decided to have it. But at least the manager or someone higher could have come over and spoke with us and maybe offered a discount off the price since we paid full price for something that was again half-a**ed.
So again I say… I don’t think they were out I believe that they just said they were and if they were really out then tell your employees so that they are informed of any item that’s out. That way it gives the customer a choice if they want to spend money for that item of its missing something.
Overall, Ledos food is good but management really sucks. Great employees but the management is not so great.

I hate writing reviews like this! I love Ledo’s pizza, but I don’t like curt attitudes in placing an order. Being upset when you have to pay for orders separately. When there are specials on your website but you really don’t. Please update your website! And I really hate when you say you’ll give us the price advertised on the website, and then you over charge us. I’ll be happy to take my business else where. Thank goodness there are other places for lunch and other Ledo’s stores around.

Went here for a treat for my children after a hard day of sports activity. We sat down and a male waiter said what do want. Really? After placing our orders we received our cheese fries and during eating them we found a plastic /​metal bread tie in our food. Which by the way was beyond hot like microwave tempature. After telling the waiter about what we found he said «yep that’s a bread tie and walked away». We received our main courses one of which was a small cheese pizza. The whole entire pizza was burnt on top. Not to mention the bbq chicken pizza we asked for had onions on it. We refused to attempt to communicate our displeasure because the owner is just beyond rude.

Had the wings here last night. Ordered them extra crispy and with extra sauce. They were terrific! Order came out quickly and the waiter was very attentive and courteous. I will be back soon to try the pizza!

There’s pizza and then there’s Ledo’s Pizza! Incredible crust and wonderful toppings. The rest of the menu is solid, good wings, good calzones and stromboli, but the pizza is the star of the show.

Clean location, but the owner is extremely disrespectful. I ordered a salad, but didn’t eat it because it was unpleasant. The waiter was someone I knew in high school who was very nice and said he would take the food back. The owner (older female) wasn’t happy about that. She came to the table and asked me why I didn’t like it, but it was hard to get past her attitude. She charged the meal along with my boyfriend’s meal, which he ate. She called me a bitch while she was printing out the bill. classy!
Didn’t end there, her daughter knew my boyfriend and Facebook messaged him and myself. She went off about how classless & unprofessional I was. She even went as far to talk about my looks and said racial slurs.
I wouldn’t go back, I’ve never been treated like that before. Very disappointed in the owner and how she chose to handle things.

Its ledo’s. You can’t ever go wrong with ledo’s. Really good pizza and the rest of their apps are tastey as well. Their bacon cheese fries and baked ravioi is really good.

Every time I go there the manager and staff are super friendly. Great food too! I always order their Calzons.

My husband and I discovered this place by accident and have been back 5 times now. So far everything we have tried has been amazing. By far the best wings I’m northern virginia. They have over 15 different sauces. Salads and pasta are very good also. The pizza is good but you have to like square pizzas. over all we highly recommend. Great for kids also, have their own menu with many options and are givin crayons to keep them busy. Always a plus :)

I like the pizza here. Square pizza of course is different. I tried the tortellini one time and it just didn’t impress. So for the pizza, love the corner pieces. The pepperoni is good, but it’s very thick and usually gives me heartburn after being consumed. I think that’s the only thing I’ve ever eaten that had given me heartburn. I’m also a fan of the Italian sausage on the pizza.

I’ve never had a bad experience here — dine in or take out. The owners & their employees are awesome. One of them even has mine & my fiancé’s take out order practically memorized. I love their week day deals. & it’s just a laid back, nice environment. My best friend goes w me a lot as well & he is a picky diner! He loves it. Plus they’re like one of the only places in Manassas to have Landshark on tap.

This is one of the best Franchises in the Liberia Shopping Center! They were able to accommodate and seat my party of 16 and were able to keep up with all of the drinks. The food was excellent, even though the pizza was a bit greasy. If you are the type of person who hates grease, I recommend eating the crust side of the pizza or ordering an entrée. Other than that the waitress was very nice and was able to remember all of the 16 drinks! The other staff is very nice and very loyal to the franchise. If you are going to or from Dulles/​Work or want a place to eat with family/​friends than this is the place to go!

One of our favorite pizza places (only have 2). Usually quick service. They did discontinue the warm bacon dressing which I loved… sure would love for them to bring that back! But, we still like it!

We had a long day and were hungry and settled on pizza to feed a group of four.
The food was okay. How can you go wrong with pizza? The answer, yes, you can.
I didn’t even want to eat it because it was just gross. was surprised because I am regular customer of the Chantilly ledo’s and have never had any issues.
Another part that really put me off was the bad attitude of the owner. People say the most hateful things when they think nobody is listening. She was at a table upfront and just said the most hateful/​racist things about various groups of people. I was so surprised that she would say these things out loud and think it’s ok to use slurs at this day and age.
Racism and pizza just doesn’t mix. Sorry but I won’t be coming here again and I will be complaining to corporate.

Me and the family love ledos! Biggest and best pizza in the area, not to mention better wings than Buffalo Wild Wings. We eat here frequently and are never disappointed.

Not going back there any more for sure. horrible pizza. totally not worth the money $$$.

We continue to get take out here but never, ever do we will dine in — the service is TERRIBLE and the owner is NASTY acting — and the staff reflects the attitude of the owners, I suspect. We love Ledo’s Pizza — but we just cannot bring ourselves to eat in the restaurant… the ambiance (there is none!) is awful (bright lights and I mean BRIGHT) and the employees congregate in a corner table (a bunch of teenagers) paying far more attention to each other than the customers. It is obvious that the staff and the owners have little or no hospitality training — I’d say almost zero. What restaurant expects return business when they act like this toward their in-​house customers? Trust me, it’s only the quality of the pizza that keeps people coming back.
Because we have complained on them with Corporate in the past, we now order under a fictitious name for take out (we fully believe they might «spice» up our food, if you know what I mean!) We cannot say enough about how good the pizza is here — the crust is to die for and the toppings are fresh, the sauce is incredible — but all that dies when all you can think about is how hateful the owners are to their paying customers — I mean just read these reviews for plenty of examples. If Corporate would send in some secret diners they would quickly learn about the experience in this one store and how lousy these owners treat their customers — I mean does that not ultimately damage the brand after a while?
When we do «eat-​in» we go to the Gainesville or Fredericksburg stores — very friendly, very pleasant, clean and there is some ambiance (not much) in that the overhead lights are not all cranked up to the max. At least you feel like you are dining in a casual restaurant…

I have four words for you… buffalo … chicken… cheese… fries! Amaze-​balls!
Oh yeah, and the pizza is pretty decent too!
Hey Ledo! Get a crust that is gluten free so I can eat your yummy pizza again!
