The good: Clean location, relatively new. The bad: The only reason I come here is on a pinch, like today, since Chipotle right next to this place had no romaine lettuce so I decided to come here again. Everytime I come here, the ladies that work there make me feel awkward. For example, today, I was nice to the lady and she was sorta rushing me to make my selection and didn’t explain things from the menu or knew the prices or anything helpful, it was basically me on my own. Next bad thing, the portion, I got the salad and its way smaller than the Chipotle salad and costs more. The foods quality is a little worse than Chipotle. Overall, I left this chain with another sour feeling in my stomach. I wonder if its because I came into this place grouchy because of Chipotle, that being said, customer service is built to where you treat each customer the same. I always wonder if they treat others like they do me, since ever since this place has open its always felt awkward and subpar to me on the customer service side. The food is mediocre at best and Chipotle is better and cheaper. Go figure.

Real life Scrooges, the workers here. I don’t know how they have such decent ratings(yeah, this is «decent» for that branch). I don’t know how they manage to stay in business… Ah, skimping on ingredients is how. To the ladies manning the production line, asking for more is a death sentence. They’ll glare at you as they scoop the slightest amount and dropping it onto whatever you’re ordering, with an attitude. I’d been singing about tacos and quesadillas all day, and was originally planning on getting something like 10 tacos, 3 quesadillas, and 3 taco salads(I wasn’t going to eat all that by myself). I know this joint can be expensive, and that the grub isn’t the best, but it’s fast, and I really wanted fast tacos. I only got 2 quesadillas and two salads. Mostly because although Qdoba closes at 10 on Sunday’s, and I was in around 7PM, they refused to prepare extra steak, and told me they didn’t have any more steak. These women give you evil eyes if you complain to them directly… So I just didn’t bother with my original plan. Because of chipotle having E. coli issues, I’d visited Qdoba instead. If Chipotle didn’t have issues, I’d have spent the money there, rather than at Qdoba, as no one wants to pay to keep Scrooges in business if they can help it. Qdoba, you missed out on a bigger income, simply because your workers are lazy, unfriendly, old Scrooges. Maybe hire friendlier workers. I dunno how they’re still employed; Qdoba must have the laziest HR department in the country. Food was okay, but could have been better.

Food is great. The staff SUCKS, the older lady skimps on meat and remembers my husband an i’s face, we complained once to her, because I’m paying for extra meat. GIVEMEEXTRA. Shes very stale with us, as well as EVERY time skimps us on meat while i pay for extra. I still go when i want a burrito but i will forever dislike that lady. Which i will find out her name next time, To add on here.

I went into Qdoba on Sunday afternoon, 7÷5÷15 to grab a quick bite. I walk in, I’m the ONLY one in line and the lady behind the counter kept«playing» with tortillas, she walked back to the area where you pick up food to refill trays(didn’t pick up anything) then came back to the front line and played with the tortillas again. All the while, NEVER acknowledging my presence until several more minutes passed. Then she FINALLY asked«may I help you?» I placed my order. Once I got to the register, I was about to pay and noticed she didn’t give me my cup of guac.(There’s a big sign hanging up in the restaurant that says every entrée gets free guac). So I asked her for my guac. If I hadn’t, I would not have gotten it. I’ll go back to Chipotle next time since it’s right across the street. They have much better customer service!

I think it’s pretty safe to say that this is one of my favorite restaurants in Manassas. Great employees and fantastic food. I switch back and forth between a few items on the menu and I am always satisfied. I come here so much my picture should be on the wall!

My fiancée and I come to this location on a semi-regular basis. Our go-to item on the menu is the taco salad and we have yet to be disappointed. The burritos aren’t bad but they’ll do the trick in a pinch. We appreciate not having to wait in a ridiculously long line for our food even during peak times. We have yet to experience any customer service issues as the staff is polite and keep the line going at a reasonable pace. While I enjoy chipotle as much as the next person, I’ll usually pick this Qdoba instead.

This is the worst servicing qdoba, mostly because of one worker. There is one lady who works there over the age of 50 and she is stingy with everything. When I have to beg for lettuce because she literally pinches with two fingers out of the container, there is a problem. Also, I get the bewildered look if I ask for more salsa for crying out loud. It’s not like I was asking for more meat, which should be also mentioned since her portioning of meat makes chipotle look like a buffet ie. as much as I can care to eat. Screw this place. I will drive to the farther away if I want qdoba because as long as she works there, I am never coming back.

One of the worst experiences ever! First off they never once told me how much extra everything was going to be, so I ended up spending $ 5 more just for toppings! After I asked why it was so much they told me I had gotten a specialty burrito(untrue). When I told them I didn’t order a specialty burrito the woman looked at me, and started to yell to the cashier«they did order(specialty burrito)! Now charge them!!» After we sat do to eat they sat in the back, thinking I didn’t know any Spanish, started making fun of us. Apparently we weren’t the first ones they had done this to, and they were laughing about how often it seemed to be happening!!! The pod was average, but not worth the nearly $ 20 I spent. I won’t eat here again purely because of the terrible service!

3.5 Stars for Qdoba — one of the many«assembly line» Tex-Mex chains found in Manassas and the DMV. And in my hierarchy of those establishments, Qdoba is at the bottom. However, I visit Qdoba more than their competitors because for a few reasons. First is accessibility — Café Rio and California Tortilla are on the opposite side of town, and Chipotle is in an awkward location that makes it a pain to get in and out of. The second is that they stay open until 10PM on weeknights, which makes them a go to option after a late night at work. And the last and most prevalent reason — the wife likes Qdoba better than Chipolte. One of my friends loves Qdoba and calls it «a more flavorful Chipotle» but my wife finds the meats at Chiptole to be too spicy for her.(She is EXTREMELY spice sensitive) I don’t really find one more flavorful than the other, but the meat quality at Chipotle is better. That’s why I give Qdoba 3.5 stars — sometimes I’ll get some stringy or chewy bits in the shredded beef or carnitas. Usually it’s when I come in after 9:30PM, but I expect the same quality 10 minutes before closing that I would get during prime lunch/dinner hour. Last week I went to Café Rio 5 minutes before they closed, and there was no loss of overall quality. Still, I think Qdoba is quite tasty and their burrito bowls have been a staple in my diet for the past few weeks. But there is nothing unique about Qdoba that makes you want to drive out of the way for them. Add in the factor of occasional dips in meat quality … I can’t rate them more than 3.5 stars.

I stopped here tonight for a pull pork Ancho Chille BBQ burrito. I wasn’t very impressed with the burrito. The tortilla itself was doughy and undercooked. The pork was low quality and fatty. The sauce flavor was inconsistent and too little of it. There were some bites where you could taste the chocolate(as advertised) and other bites you couldn’t taste any chocolate. The size of the burrito was decent and it was prepared in a timely manner, and kept warm in the wrapping. I probably won’t go back by my choice but I wouldn’t object if I was with a group of people. One thing to note is that google and apple maps do not have the correct directions.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. After a long commute, I was looking forward to eating here but since I had been on the road for a good hour, I needed to use the restroom upon my arrival. The restroom was dirty, but eh it’s a fast food place… no biggie. As I exit the restroom to get in line to order my food, the gentleman at the front register accosted me upon my exit to lambast me for not purchasing food before entering the lavatory. When I explained to him that I had to use the facilities first, he became mighty hostile with me. I ordered my burrito from the women at the end of the counter and they were lovely. Very helpful and polite. When I got down to the register to pay, I again was met by hostility from the gentleman earlier in my review. When I asked for a corporate number to contact as they were NOT providing good service to a first time customer, my receipt and card were almost thrown across the counter. I was infuriated by this point at this awful treatment. If the guy at the register was going to become so irate about people paying before using the restroom, they should have had a sign up… End of story. I was offered gift cards upon calling corporate and I told them to save it as I would NEVER, EVER eat at their establishment again. I took my food to go(obviously) and when I began to eat, I noticed it was a flavorless mess. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Chipotle. If I could, I would give this place no stars. Rude cashiers, terrible food.

I can’t help but compare Qdoba to Chipotle, I realize these places aren’t twins, but they are kind of food cousins so I find it impossible to review without the inevitable comparison of burrito bowls! The chips. Chipotle’s are better, hands down. They are crispier, fresher, salted better, and spritzed with heavenly lime juice. Now, I am a corn salsa fan… and I think Chipotles is much better than Qdoba,(way too many raw red peppers), but the queso at Qdoba is fantastic. It is creamy, flavored well, and full of roasted peppers and such. The rice, it’s better at Chipotle, they add cilantro and lime to theirs, sadly, and the comparison is to sad, uneventful plain rice… The steak, cooked and seasoned better at Chipotle. Cheese options, Qdoba puts that yummy queso on their bowls… which is pretty damn awesome! Beans… it’s a tie. I get black beans, and to me, beans are beans! The portion size… Both of them serve enormous burritos, the bowls at Chipotle are considerably larger then Qdoba though. If these places are side by side, I think I would rather choose Chipotle. Overall they have a better flavor, it’s a better value. Bowl, Chips, Drink at Qdoba, $ 14.00 /Same at Chipotle, $ 10.00. However… Qdoba has a BOGO deal on Tuesday nights, from 3−10pm you get one meal and one half off. I get dinner and lunch the following day for about $ 15.00(sans the chips), and you really can’t beat something half off. This place is pretty yummy; I just think I am a Chipotle girl!

There is nothing special about this Qdoba… I think they play their iPods inside because its either some crazy club music with all the inappropriate words still in it and I look around like«UHMM there are children in here???» Then sometimes they play all spanish music really loud and I have no clue what they are saying but I guess its better than inappropriate words in a family establishment. If you try to go in and eat after 830pm, they automatically start trying to pack your meal to go, even though they close at 10pm. I told them one time that I was eating here not to-go. and they continued to insist that I take it to go. After that experience, I have never really been happy with this location.

The primary reason why I came here because I couldn’t find Chipotle nearby. It was a blessing because there was no line and no waiting! A/C was blowing super cold air and the drinks were refreshingly cold and good. ON a 100 °F day this is a happy place to be. They have flat screens playing mostly univision’s telenovelas. I liked the taco salad light and fresh.

Other than the Spanish music that I can not understand, this place rocks! They have cool specials throughout the year like 50% with college ID on some nights, Free kids meals with adult entrée purchase Fri-Sun and I’ve even seen them flip a coin to see if your meal is discounted/free! And you cannot beat the Chips and Queso! It’s freakin awesome!

Customer service here is always great. They’re always friendly, and always load up your stuff with what you want. I do have to say, it’s not better than Chipotle… But really, what is?! They usually have pretty good coupons floating around, so google it before you go.

I’m starting to like Qdoba better than Chipotle. Well. I don’t know. They are both similar and both unique. Qdoba has more choices/variety. If you’re looking for just a burrito, then go to Chipotle. But if you’re looking for a quesadilla(spelling?) or mexican gumbo. then try out Qdoba. This location Manassas will give you $ 2 off if you buy entrée/drink and show a school ID. The other Qdoba that I’ve gone to doesn’t have this deal. I am not sure how long they will be doing this, but it’s not bad. It’s basically giving you a free drink since the $ 2 discount and drink costs about the same.

My fiancé and I tried this for the first time last Monday(2÷7÷2011). We were expecting it to be just okay and not as good as Chipotle. Boy were we wrong! My fiancé got the naked burrito with chicken. I got the naked burrito with pulled pork. We both fell in LOVE with their queso. Their chips were so fresh and weren’t covered in salt like Chipotle’s. The rice isn’t as good as Chipotle’s but, that is my only complaint. We liked it so much, we went back the following day for dinner as well. I have been counting my calories every day and this fits perfectly into meal plan. It’s not terrible for you and if you plan it right, you will do fine with the sodium. I can’t express how good their queso is and it was even better on Day 2. Their chips were so warm and fresh! I recommend it highly!

Came here with my fiancé for lunch last weekend. The food was def. pretty good and they have a larger variety(which I like) than Chiptole(which I still love). They have signature burritos or you can also make your own too. They also have this«Craft 2 Meal» for $ 5.99 where you can pick 2 items to build your own meal(kind of like Panera’s half soup/half sandwich meal). Initially, I didn’t think I would get full because the portions are small for each item, but after eating half of the quesadilla and half of the naked burrito, I was full. My fiancé had to finish it for me(THANKYOU!!!)
