I placed a mobile order through the app and followed all of the instructions, such as using the app to notify the location when I arrived. After waiting 15 minutes, I approached the counter and was told that I needed to alert the cashier that I was waiting for a mobile order. This is contrary to the instructions on the app but fine. I notified the cashier that I was here now and would like my food. The cashier claimed there was no such order in the system. My bank shows they took my money. My email shows they took my order and my money. The app shows I placed an order and paid. But the cashier at the location claimed no such order existed. He left to get the manager. When the manager arrived to «help» she acted like it was my fault and that I was a huge inconvenience to her. She claimed I sent the order to the wrong location. I showed her the emailed receipt confirming the correct location. When I told her that I had experienced this problem before with this location, she said I was«stupid» for continuing to use an app that doesn’t work 100% of the time. At this point I asked for a refund and was refused. She claimed she was unable to refund my money. So I sit here writing this review, $ 12 poorer and no food to show for it. My question: Is it company policy to rob your customers and then insult them?

Staff was friendly, working hard as a team. I enjoyed the food, and the atmosphere was busy and nice but the tables and chairs could use some more cleaning after guest leave. Just dirty a tiny bit, but besides that it was good. Thank you Taco Bell. :)

Food is under cooked and the staff cant get an order correct if their lives depended on it. This place is the pits.

After they renovated earlier this year, there is no place you can sit in the dining room that’s not drafty as hell. Horrible choice of hard, butt-numbing chairs, too. On the plus side, the service seems to have gotten faster, especially in the drive-thru. Which is fine by me. If I’m going to be all windblown, I’d rather be in my car on a nice summer’s day, thanks.

Typically Taco Bell is on the 3-stars hierarchy of my fast food rating chain. It’s not really Mexican food at all, but rather sloppy stoner food in a variety of Mexican wrappers. If you want authentic Hispanic cuisine, Manassas is literally swimming with better options. But sometimes a Doritos Locos Tacos or Crunchwrap hits the spot. But Taco Bell has upped their game with the newly-released and highly touted breakfast menu. And I am here to say that the Steak AM Crunchwrap is the most awesome fast food breakfast item in the history of fast food things. Truth be told, it’s not that different that any other Taco Bell creation — it’s breakfast stoner food in a tortilla wrapping. But for breakfast, this type of grab and go, everything in one bite that can be easily held in your hand is exactly what I want! The AM Crunchwrap has egg, hash browns, cheese, and your choice of meat wrapped up Crunchwrap style. Easy to eat while driving or on the go, and tasty as all get out. As for this Taco Bell location, it’s as good as any other. I’m going to overlook that they forgot a straw for the wife’s iced tea last week because of the sheer awesomeness of the AM Crunchwrap. The AM Crunchwrap is a symbol of everything that is great about America.

I love taco bell it’s like the number one restaurant I go to every week. The only downside is that they open like at 11 on Saturdays and Sundays which really sucks because I have to be at work by 11:00.

Recently renovated. Looks new and contemporary but has uncomfortable seats and is already dirty and shitty. It is still Taco Bell. Can’t get around that. Lots of employees who were mainly grab-assing in the kitchen rather than cleaning the place to make it look decent. As for the food, it is what you expect — Taco Bell. I went there because it is cheap and fast and the food is predictable, if not delicious. Always decent, never great. I can settle for that. This is one of those cases that proves that you just can’t polish a turd. The staff should do the bare minimum of cleaning to keep the place looking good. A little work pays off.

I had another good experience tonight getting take out for my family. The people were nice, food was fast, and the food was good… well good for Taco Bell :) I live right around the corner from this Taco Bell and they almost always get my food correct and serve it fast. I will visit here again.

This taco bell has a history of messing up my order. My dad and I came in a few days ago, and I ordered 4 cheesy roll ups, and 3 were cold. My dad got a double steak quesadilla and asked for a different kind of cheese on it after being reassured that could be done. We left and found that they had not changed the cheese and his food was cold and a giant mess. I will not come back here

Every once in a while, I get lured back to Taco Bell with the idea that I need a Burrito fix. I ordered two Burrito’s: — Beefy 5 Layer Burrito: DId not seem all that beefy to me. My impression of the Burrito was that it was mushy and bland. Not beefy. — Volcano Burrito: Surprisingly enough — a decent amount of heat from a Taco Bell product with the name«volcano» in it. I actually semi-enjoyed eating this one. I also added additional heat by using two of the hottest hot sauce packets available. The Burritos also seems overly small to me. I want one big substantial meaty Burrito! Probably won’t be going back any time soon.
