I came here through the drive through craving some burger king. My order was the ultimate bacon burger meal with no onions, 20 nuggets, and 2 whooper juniors with no onions. After my order was taken, I looked into my bag to make sure everything was there. I was not given my drink, I was missing an order of fries and 10 of the 20 nuggets. I told the cashier that I ordered a meal and not just the sandwich. She told me, «no you only ordered the sandwich». Now, I can understand that in the fast food business can be busy, she could have confused the orders. So, I was quite unbothered by the problem and asked her if she could add fries and a drink to my order. She took back my bag and gave it back to me with an order of fries without the nuggets. I asked her, where are my 20 nuggets? She told me, «no you did not, you ordered onion rings». First of all, her comment made completely no sense, as I specifically asked for no onions on all of my sandwiches, what made her think that I would order onion rings? The cashier had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong. It was even on my receipt that I ordered nuggets. After she noticed it was on the receipt she apologized and gave me an order of nuggets. I felt bad for holding the line behind me for so long that once I got it, I drove off. I parked in front and realized I only received 10 of the 20 nuggets that I ordered. I walked inside and told a worker about my order, she also apologized and gave me an extra medium fries as an apology for the mess-up. Not only was the service was terrible, but the food was as well. I eat fast food all the time. Usually considering that I was eating fast food, my expectations are never high, but my so called, «Ultimate bacon cheese burger», was a flat tasteless pile of crap. It was barely warm and the food overall was below par for even a fast food restaurant. It looked like the sandwich came as is, frozen, they left it out to thaw and serve it to me. In all my years of eating at fast food restaurants, this has been my worse experience. I have been to this place quite a few times and it was never this bad. It is unfortunate, but I will never visit them again.

Each time I’ve gone through the drive through here, the employee making the food is always giving a hard stare and ignoring our requests. The burgers also come in sloppy too and they’ve messed up my orders plenty of time. The most uncomfortable and worst BK I’ve ever been to.

About four years ago I lived nearby and would frequently go to this Burger King. And by frequently I mean, like, 3 times a week.(Living off of $ 1.50 Bacon Double Cheeseburgers is how the wife and I saved enough money to buy a house!) I would frequently experience service issues here, and often would get so frustrated that I would drive back and make them fix my order on the spot. When I moved to the other side of Manassas, near the Burger King off of Wellington, I was happy that I was moving and would have a more competent Burger King nearby. Recently I have been on a serious Burger King kick.(I love the 2 for 5 Mushroom Swiss Double and/or Chicken Big King) I’ve stopped by here a handful of times before work to grab an early lunch and I’ve experienced nothing but smooth, friendly customer service. While their service used to straddle the line between Eek! and Meh, my recent visits have been 100% A-OK.

When BK announced the«Angry Whopper,» I was intrigued — I’m already a fan of BK in general — and now a Whopper with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos — and a spicy sauce? Wow! Actually — It’s a Whopper with spicy crispy onions, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, and spicy Angry Sauce. I hit the BK in Manassas just off of Liberia for lunch last Sunday. I ordered a regular«Angry Whopper» value meal — medium size. Apparently I had a communications issue with the folks at the counter — I ordered and am pretty sure I paid for a single — but when the food came up and I got it to the table — it was a «Double Angry Whopper.» The burger was far less than I was hoping for. It was unspectacular — the pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, and spicy sauce — not spicy at all. In fact, I would have rather eaten a regular Whopper with Cheese. Maybe I got a poorly made Angry Whopper? The idea still intrigues me — so I may have to try another one down the road. The fries were hot and crisp, lightly salty and delicious. I paired it with a Lemonade. Lots of folks eating lunch here — there was a large flat screen HDTV hanging on the wall playing the Cartoon Network — «The Jetson’s» was playing — kind of annoying. I guess they get a lot of kids in here.
