Customer service from Susana from the front desk was unspeakably awful. She refused to give me my hotel that was purchased online that was reserved for my friends wife. I’ve purchased from the hotel multiple times and never have had a issue, but after this frustrating experience I’m never coming back again. I’ve always recommended this place but today was unspeakable. The rooms are awful but the only reason that I’ve been coming back is the customer service, but today that didn’t even work. She said it wasn’t taken out of my account which it was, also she mentions I couldn’t make a reservation online 5 minutes before I came in which I’ve done multiple times, also paid for the room and reserved it under my friends wife’s name yet she needed my identification for an odd reason. Gave me multiple excuses to not give me excuses. Just simply awful. Remember her name if SUSANAISTHERELEAVEDONTBOTHERARGUINGORDEALINGWITHHER.

This place was horrible. literally walked in and walked out and was not refunded. The night clerk I dealt with was rude and lacking customer service skills. the walls are paper thin and the rooms are not up to date. didnt touch anything in the room thats how bad it if you’re looking for a cheap room, with outdated décor and HORRIBLE customer service this is the place to go!

I always have to wonder about other reviews when it comes to motels/inns. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this establishment. 1) It is only several blocks from the Amtrak stn, 2) The old town has quite a few taverns, cafes and restaurants, 3) The room and the premises were spotlessly clean, 4) The desk folks were great to deal with, 5) The carpet seemed new and the paint on the walls appeared fresh, 6) The wifi reception very fast. On comment, I could hear the folks upstairs when they walked around and I could also hear the tv from the room next door. This place was worth the extra dollars.

I had guests stay here over July 4th. We live in Old Town but could not accommodate all of our guests. I was mortified at the conditions of this dump and will never again have guests stay there. Both rooms and the lobby smelled terrible, like a combination of stale smoke, mildew, and cooking smells. The towels in one of the rooms were dirty and the lock on the door to the other room was broken. The AC in both rooms was loud and did t even work very well. I realize it only cost $ 75/night but it was not even worth that. My guests were miserable and I was embarrassed. I’ll pay more next time and have people drive.

Stayed one night found discount coupon on 66 saying the rooms had been updated. Lied! Phone was old with no paper telling how to call out. Room smelled horrible! Carpet was nasty! Bed was hard! Had go to front desk just for soda(which they only had 2 kinds) and snack. Window didn’t open. Dressers are old n falling apart. Just dirty. I hope they really start to upgrade this place.

I don’t know what people were thinking when they wrote reviews of this place or even when; but this is what I would classify as a very old hotel from the 50s or 60s. * Not clean, walls looked like they had all kinds of substances on them. * Very thin walls * About 4−½ blocks from the Manassas City Jail. * Was put in a smoking room. When I went down to complain, they said they had no other rooms available. * Room was very small. * All that said, Internet was actually pretty decent. Was telling my wife that this hotel has a lot of potential to be better because of its central downtown Manassas location. It just needs complete demolition, the termination of everyone involved and then erecting a couple of pup tents and then renting out the pup tents for the night.

Luckily this place is cheap, because the rooms leave a little to be desired. The rooms are basic and the sheets/comforters could use a major update. The bathrooms are open to the room– which I don’t mind except for the fact that the curtains DONOT close so I ended up changing in the shower room. Nonetheless– everything was very clean and there was a TV fridge coffee maker and microwave. We had a conference here– and the waiters were great but it’s definitely not full service. The food was good during the conference– I had the breakfast buffet and a burger & fries for lunch one day and they were very good! Annoyingly– they turned all of the keys for the conference attendees off at 9am even though checkout wasn’t until 11– so everyone had to go to the front desk and have their keys reactivated. My biggest complaint is that the doors weren’t that tight– and they were open to the outside so my room ended up cold and I felt like I could hear every move outside and every car drive by during the night. And the wifi sucks. And the hot water is spotty.

My room was on 1st floor near the road: wifi signal was weak, was quite noisy, no breakfast, I had a «luxury» twin room, was quite small. Newly painted with a bit disturbing smell, small TV, all for 87 euros/night. Not well worth the money in my opinion.

We were a little uneasy about this hotel given the price($ 75) and the general locale. We were astonished on arrival: the rooms, while only basic, were exceptionally clean, bathroom spotless, and the surrounding area charming. Great value.
