Outlooks For Hair

So incredibly grateful that Outlooks, and Tina B was recommended to me by a friend. She was not mistaken, I’m SO pleased that Tina has been able to fix the mistakes caused by the last place that I tried.
First off, don’t be deceived by the exterior and the shopping center that it is in, it’s nothing fancy, but that’s okay!!! The inside is clean, the front desk staff is nice and the Tina knows what she’s doing!
She talked to me on my first appointment and we worked out what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, and now 3 appointments in, she’s done just that. I’d say one more visit with her and my hair will be completely repaired from the two shoddy visits to that other place. Remember, I have really short hair, so every 3 weeks to a month is perfect for me. Thankfully, Outlooks is very reasonably priced, so I don’t cringe every time I leave there.
I’m so glad I found this place, it’s such a stress reliever having a hair stylist I trust.

As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed and greeted. The entire salon was extremely clean and neat. Marissa B took care of me. She did an amazing job! The color is beautiful and the cut is better than I could have imagined. I will never go anywhere but here and will only let Marissa B do my hair. I expected to pay a lot more than I did, especially for the amazing job that was done. I highly recommend Marissa and this salon.

I’ve been going to Outlooks for 15 years and would recommend it to anyone. The stylists are friendly and definitely listen to what their customers want. They are also very well trained and manage to get you in and out as fast as possible while chatting. Fantastic service, fair prices, and friendly staff — what more could you want?

I’ve been seeing Thim for a few years now and I adore her. She is particularily great with pixie cuts.
I tried going to more expensive salsons paying twice what Thim charges and I was never happy with the cut.
I totally recommend trying her out.

After being overcharged and underwhelmed at hair salons in DC (where I work) and in Manassas (where I live). Finally, one day, I visited Outlooks. The staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. They have a great selection of products, at reasonable prices. I got my hair cut and colored by Penny Gill, who is the BEST hairstylist I have ever met!!! She listens … and she consults … and she is just the best. I would recommend anyone to Outlooks. It is a really fun experience, and when you walk out, you will feel really wonderful about how you look.

I found myself in Manassas with some time on my hands and needed a haircut so stopped in a few salons looking for an available appt. When I got to Outlooks, they seemed pretty busy (lots of stylists, but all had customers), but were able to get me in within 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Libby did my wash and cut and she did a great job — she listened, then did exactly what I asked for and made it look good (I’ve asked for the same thing at other salons and gotten poor results). I also thought the pricing reasonable for a salon (less than $ 50). I don’t live that close, but I’ll likely return the next time I need my hair done well :)

Tammy Dotson did a great job. She gave a great consultation and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this Salon to everyone.
