Was having an issue with my PC performance so I followed Matt, the owner’s, recommendation and upgraded from 4GB RAM to 8GB. Took my PC in and walked out less than 10 minutes later. My PC is definitely faster! Great prices, great technical talent shared generously, and super customer service make this my go-​to PC source.

Awesome place! My husband had two old Micron laptops one close to dying — needed one working laptop because of expensive software loaded on it that only runs on Windows 95. Matt did an awesome job of taking the good parts from each and creating one working laptop that runs the software. Courteous and inexpensive service. Really happy — highly recommend!!!

IMPRESSIVE! ETHICAL! Superior Customer Service. I was professionally treated as individual. Excellent Value. The price was right. Fast Services. This location has a expert on call available. I dropped my Mac Off on a Saturday and it was fixed and ready to be picked up the next day. They have been around for twenty years. I live in Warrenton and was willing to drive to their location on Manassas because I felt my Mac was going to be in good hands and I was right. They went above and beyond to help me out. The owner explained to me in an knowledgeable and simple manner what the possible problems were and the different solutions.
I would recommend this computer place to anybody looking for reliability, affordability and professionalism.

OK, I had my reservations about this store, didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are awesome, the quality of the products are outstanding and the service is out of this world! They guys here really know their stuff, they are friendly and knowledgeable.
They do repair and they have refurbished computers for next to nothing! Great location too.
I highly recommend PC Retro!
