This review is specific to the outstanding cilantro sauce. O M G good!
The balance of flavors is perfect; the cilantro is gently subdued by the garlic and salt. I bought it at a little shop (Miguelena’s) in Falls Church. I’m dying to try the basil.

PK Hot Sauce is a small local vendor that runs a booth at the Farmers Market held every Sunday at Virginia Gateway in Gainesville, VA.
They make a number of different hot sauces, as well as other tasty condiments.
I tasted a bit of their hottest hot sauce on a chip — their PK Hot Sauce — Fatal Ghost Pepper — which is made with the Bhut Jolokia pepper. Very hot, made my mouth water for 10 minutes!
I bought a bottle of their PK Basil Pleasure Sauce — made from Jalapeños, apple cider vinegar, and several spices. Can’t wait to try it out as a base for a mayo for some grilled burgers!
