Yet another store I frequent quite a bit. Prices are about average. The staff is friendly and able to get me the information I need. That and their copy prices are not that bad compared to other places. All in all I have to say I have never had a bad time here.

Ordered replacement computer equipment for work online with in-store pickup at this location. Due to typical I-66 traffic, it was the end of the day when I arrived but still before official closing. However, the store locked early. There were still two customers in the store, and three employees, two who knew I was at the door, but avoided contact. Closing at 7pm in December during the work week is bad enough, but closing early and ignoring customers who have an urgent pick-up item is pretty sad. Thankfully, Staples online took care of the problem, but I will not be doing business with this store again. Nor will my company office.

Your classic Staples store, only this one lacks few more personnel. Regardless of having a shortage on supplies for engineers, I liked how helpful the staff is.

Stopped in here with just a project idea and left with all the necessary material. The employees were helpful. The guy from the copy center, the 2 managers and even the cashier were all very helpful.
