The Auction Place

This is a super fun little auction house in Manassas. I know they for sure hold auctions on Thursday nights. Doors open around 4.30p, you can go in and check out everything they have, and usually a little after 6p it gets underway. Outside they have boxed lots, inside they have furniture and all kinds of odds and ends. See something that interests you, pick it up, bring it to the front of the room, and put it on the two tables in front of the glass cases. That table starts at $ 5 and goes up (or stays) from there. Usually it runs pretty quick — if you’re the winner, they bring you the item and when you’re done you pay at the front window. You’ll need to register, and items must be paid for same day. They take cash and some credit cards, and add a buyers premium of 10% I think as well as sales tax.
The staff is all very friendly and they have an interesting mix of stuff available. Highly recommended!
