OMG. What a professional company! I really appreciate the friendly customer service during the installation of my new roof. The VERTEX team did a wonderful job. The VERTEX team will do the job «right». I know the Ultra HD shingles were heavy and required extra attention to details in the middle of winter yet it was «no» problems for these PROs. They were able to completely take off the old damaged roof and fix the leak inside my house, including the insulation in the attic and the fantastic new roof.
The on-​site supervisor named Pat provided me with updates on the project and ensured the exterior of my home, bushes, lawn etc. was covered to mitigate debris laying in the exterior of the yard. Without hesitation, HIRE this company. They are TOP NOTCH from start to finish.

It was truly a pleasure to work with the crew from Vertex! They did an excellent job, and even worked over the weekend to finish on time. Once the crew arrived on the job, they all worked non-​stop to get the roof installed. The roof looks beautiful – we couldn’t be happier. We’ve already had positive comments from neighbors about how great it looks and how well it matches the existing roof on the main house. This was a great experience and we would recommend Vertex to anyone looking to install a metal roof.

Top notch service from start to finish. I called late on a Thursday night, and they showed up less than 12 hours later. Employing well-​spoken and professional specialists, they diagnosed and fixed the problem (cracked drain vent collar, and some missing shingles) and came in below their competitor’s cost and level of service. Their willingness to communicate the issues that needed fixing clearly set them apart from the other roofing company I had talked to. Excellent experience all the way around.

Had Vertex install a roof purchased through Home Depot. A little confusion dealing with HD but did talk with Jon, the owner of Vertex, and he was very reassuring and answered my questions professionally. His on-​site supervisor, David, was great. He kept me posted almost every other hour. The roofers, most from El Salvador, worked very hard and did a great job with the new roof as well as clean up. The roof looks great.
