I came in during the evening and the place was completely empty besides two employees. I asked how much it was for a single slice of pizza and the young man gave me a long glare before speaking. It was my first time in Z Pizza and was unaware they stop selling slices after a certain time. He said, «We don’t sell slices now» in a dry tone and scoffed. He told me the only way I was leaving with pizza was if I bought a box. The woman working with him had walked over now and stood with her hands on her hips looking me up and down. I simply said no thank you and left. I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

Tried this pizza last night because the only other option was Pizza Hut (which is disgusting). Well, z pizza is disgusting too. I ordered a pepperoni with green peppers and they somehow managed to suck all of the flavor out of it. Seriously. This pizza had absolutely no flavor at all. Also ordered a white chicken spinach pizza… and it tasted sour. Sour as in spoiled, old, nasty chicken sour. I couldn’t even stand the smell of this pizza let alone eat it. It’s actually amazing that Pizza Hut manages to make a better pizza than this place.

They are near my work so I thought I would try this zpizza’s delivery. I have had other zpizza locations many times and loved both the food and service. Unfortuantely, today was not a good experience at all. I ordered online at 11:03…at 12 I called the restaurant. I get an hour lunch, so as my break ended I just wanted to check to make sure they had the order and it was in fact eventually coming. The woman on the phone sounded as though I was bothering her. Her answer was «he left about 15 or 20 minutes ago. Thanks, bye.» *click*. Hmm… okay…not the best customer service but I guess I got the answer I was looking for. A few minutes later, the driver arrived with a much better attitude, but minus the drink I ordered. As I picked at an extremely warm salad, he drove somewhere and picked one up for me. So, long story short, I won’t be eating at this location or using their services again. Over an hour wait for delivery, warm salad, and no drink. I tried!

Disappointed in Z Pizza tonight. After ordering, I used the restroom, and came out with a huge white stripe across my red shirt. Bleach!!! I called the owner — he offered me $ 20… nope — can’t replace my shirt for that. I told him I thought he was making a bad business decision, and a mistake, but he didn’t budge. Then, after a badly BURNT pizza they had to re-​make and bickering behind the counter (siblings?), the owner appeared (but did not introduce himself) and wouldn’t even honor the $ 20 offer I came in to buy in the first place. He and his employee (daughter?) teamed up on me and tried to convince me that would be using «2 offers» !
I was nice the whole time!
THEN!!! He shut the lights off on us so we would leave.
I told him I was posting on FB. He gave me his approval! He said, «Go ahead.»
So I posted it in the DARK… while he jiggled his keys.
NEVER coming here again.
A side note, and bit of humor is my favorite reaction from a friend…

$ 31 large pizza and bread sticks delivery wasnt to long of wait but pizza (veggie) is mediocre i dont think it was cooked long enough breadsticks are not bad either but for the price definitely not worth it to me

There ARE unfortunately NO stars as the bad customer service resulted in my family and I to request a full refund and cancel our order entirely. What happened? We placed out order «To Go» which consisted of 2 small and one large pizzas at 5:00pm. Five minutes after our order was placed a party of three came in and placed a «Dine In» order with 2 salads and 2 small pizzas. 10 more minutes go by the party that came in after us received the salads, about 10 more minutes later they receive their 2 small pizzas. So now 25 minutes later, my husband goes to ask for a status of our order and find out that they haven’t started ours yet and it would be 10 more minutes. Please keep in mind, the place was empty and yes, they were preparing a delivery and a pick order when we came in. When my husband inquired about how come the party after us received their orders first, we were told their policy is «Dine In» orders take priority over «Take Out». (Mind Blown) so then my husband returns to our table, one of the food preparers says in Spanish «He’s just going to have to wait 10 mins». She was unaware that my husband speaks and understands Spanish too and informed her in Spanish to please speak louder if she wants to speak about a paying customer and that he understood what she said. She didn’t say a word and her counter part came in to further explain their rules and what not and by this point my husband just asked for a full refund and to keep the pizzas. It’s unfortunate but my family will not be Zpizza customers.

Whatever you do… don’t spend your money at this place. Dropped 35 dollars on pizza and wings. Asked for a special order only to get home to a basic pepperoni pizza. The manager or whoever asked I bring it back tonight it’s 10pm. or tomorrow for and exchange. Eff this place keep your money. kiss my azz!

Worst experience ever!!! Driver delivered my order to the wrong location and tried to leave the wrong order with me. It was my first time ordering from this location and my last.

Called at 5:45 to get a delivery order and was told 45 minutes for it to be delivered. 1 hour and 14 minutes later the delivery guy shows up with a cold pizza. Had the nerve to ask for a tip! I didn’t leave a tip, why? Because you were thirty minutes late with a cold pizza. I usually give a $ 5 tip because they live off of that but 30 minutes late and a cold pizza? Nope. You don’t deserve it. I will never go there again.

My bad for trying this place again.
Waited 33 mins for 2 sandwiches & 1 small avocado salad.
No other customers in the joint but me.
Pizza deliverers came & went a couple times while I stood waiting.
Finally, get my food & my «avocado salad» is pathetic & gross. Two tiny slivers of browned avocado were in my «avocado salad»!!! WTF?!
Won’t make this mistake again.

Walked in. Ordered my pizza. Should be ready in 10 – 15 minutes. Gave them 23 minutes. Pizza was never made and I had to show them my receipt to prove I ordered it. Got a refund. Walked across parking lot and got a burrito from Moe’s.

Stopped in (father & son) for lunch. Got 2 small specialty pizzas and 2 drinks and it was $ 26! WOW, wayyy too expensive!
I can say that the food was nicely done, prepared and cooked perfectly and tasty too.
The restaurant appeared clean, even though there was office work looking materials al spread out behind the counter, where it appeared to be a food prep station. But it wasn’t where they prepared food, that was in a different area. Still, not a good thing to have visible. Plus all the hand-​written signs mixed with professionally done signs gave a tacky perception to the corporate signage.
Staff was friendly.
Would I go back? Not at these prices!

We were very displeased with the service and quality of pizza. We ordered an extra large California, which was suppose to have an organic tomato sauce base. Unfortunately, there was almost no sauce on the pizza and the crust appeared under cooked. We were excited to try this place out, but we’re very dissatisfied. I would not pick to eat at this pizza chain over others in this area.

Used to be great. But I will never go back here again. I have noticed that their quality has gone down drastically over the past couple years and the last couple pizzas I ordered was the final straw. I ordered 1 Mexican pizza which had basically no chicken on it and disgusting rotten avocado. It was also missing the salsa that it was supposed to have so it basically tasted like bread with cheese on it. I also ordered one pizza with no cheese and extra ham on it. Apparently one piece of ham per slice is extra ham at this place. I used to really love zpizza but you guys have permanently lost a customer.

The food here is excellent. Everybody was so friendly, they took our order flawlessly and came out with our pizzas quick. You can taste how fresh everything is. They had no problems answering our many questions (we’re new to the organic scene). I’d recommend this place to Kings and Queens if I knew any.

Yeah! I’m so excited to be writing the first Unilocal review! We decided to try Z Pizza because they have organic options. As someone who recently «converted» to organic food– this was an awesome find! The restaurant was clean and the employees were engaged and helpful (I asked quite a few questions). My Family of four order two large pizza pies and one pear/​Gorgonzola salad. Everything was fresh and yummy! The manager came to our table to make sure we were happy– which was also cool! We will be back!

I tried this place for the first time and I’m pleasantly surprised! I tried the turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and it was delicious. All of the ingredients were fresh. I checked the nutritional facts online and decided to eliminate mayonnaise. I tried a slice of the Tuscan pizza which was to die for. I will definitely visit them again.

Good pizza but terrible management. They mess up orders regularly. Be sure to check carefully what you get as it often doesn’t match your order.

Pizzas are great and taste fresh. You can actually differentiate the ingredients versus other places where it seems a mush of stuff. It takes a little bit longer to be served because pizzas are made to order. They do have slices of pepperoni and cheese pizzas ready to go if you’re in a hurry.

Another tasty visit for the whole family.
We were enthusiastically greeted upon our arrival, despite how busy they were.
The food was precisely what we had ordered.
The place was clean.
We were asked how the food was and if we needed anything else.
When I was cleaning up the kids areas, a gentleman said, «No, no! I do that.» :)
Seriously, I’ve never had a poor experience here. Unfortunately, I live beyond their delivery area, so I can’t speak to that. But we’ve done take out before and that’s been great too.
We don’t eat out often, but this place is good for those seeking gluten free and vegan options. Check them out!
