I stopped by this store to pick up some paint. The man who waited on me had absolutely no personality at all. No smile, no chit chat, and wasn’t overly friendly. His customer service was ok, but friendly, I don’t think so. I like Benjamin Moore paint, but the service, not-so-much. The only reason I went into this shop was that we had purchased paint a few years back, and just repainted & ran out — wanted the same color to match! He should take some customer service tips from Sherwin-Williams in Manchester. The woman — Risa, as well as her assistant manager Eric, are always very helpful, smiling & never can do enough for their customer! Customer service is the key these days, and if there isn’t any, well, I think it will keep me away and heading for the ‘other’ guy for all my paint needs in the future.
