900 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

900 Degrees is one of the very few restaurants still using latex gloves when preparing food. To unknowing customers with a latex allergy, exposure to food that has been touched with latex gloves could cause a deadly anaphylactic reaction. We have spoken with the manager of 900 Degrees and written an unanswered letter to owner, Priscilla Lane-​Rondeau. Our concerns have been ignored. Hospitals, dentists, and the vast majority of restaurants abandoned latex gloves years ago to protect the segment of the population who could die from latex exposure. A wide assortment of latex-​free gloves, such as vinly, have become the norm in restaurants. One night, we were sitting at the pizza bar at the Epping 900 Degrees and noticed a box of opened latex gloves teetering on the edge of the topping station. Had one latex protein gone airborne (which is common due to the powder they are doused in) and landed on the food, any person with a latex allergy could have had a deadly reaction. If Ms. Lane-​Rondeau did not know the dangers of using latex gloves before our letter, our talk with her manager, and this review, she is now in the know. Our son has a latex allergy, as do many others in the community. 900 Degrees, protect your customer before an anaphylactic situation arises in your restaurant. There is no reason not to.

The food is good, very flavorful and fresh. The staff is very amenable to additions and substitutions. However, when you hand over two $ 20 bills for a $ 20.17 tab, and you get $ 19 back (with no change), it’s kind of irritating. I waited tables myself in college, and I always tip well (i.e., in the 15% — 25% range), and I know that it’s very presumptuous for the waitress to help herself to tips without consent. Even in other restaurants where they don’t give you exact change back, at least it’s a relatively close approximation. Not here, apparently.
I left a tip anyway, but it was a dollar short of what I would have left. However, I am going to be very reluctant to go back.

Tough place to find and park. Once there the waitress completely messed up drink order. Once our drinks were corrected, they were flat, skunked warm beer. Pizza was ok yet I personally feel the crust is too soggy. I thought fired pizza is to be crispy crust? Wouldn’t go here again. Inside looks like a nice place to have a drink, just not beer until they clean the taps or something.

little over priced… pies are thin crust with decent flavor but pricey… not handicap friendly at all so if you have someone in a chair stay away.

One star for calling in 3 pizzas and being told an hour and 15 minute wait and when I arrived at the 1.25 time waited 10 minutes and told it would be another 15 minutes «or so» since they just went into the oven. #cantmanageakitchen

Good pizza for NH. Great location in an old mill building. Brick oven pizza and nicely prepared other food! Great service and food. Will return to try more dishes. Good place for families and large groups too!

My wife and I are pretty regular at this place, thanks to their buy one get one pizza on Tuesdays. We both love thin crust pizzas and this is by far the best restaurant for that. We have liked everything we have ordered here so far. Although saltimboca is our favorite. The service is always great and the Chocolate rocks that they give at the end of the meal along with your check sets them apart as well.
It’s hard to go wrong with any pizza here.

Best pizza in Manchester! Amazing pizza, wonderful service staff and good prices! Two-​for Tuesday is the best! Try the «House» pie, it’s my favorite!

A really great restaurant to go out to

We have come a couple of times and been pleased with everything we had. The Marguerite pizza is delicious –the ingredients are fresh. The tomato sauce is tangy and sweet not salty at all. The caprese salad was good although not the best I’ve had. The cheese was a bit salty and dense nonetheless still good. If I’m craving Pizza this will be the place I go!

Awful. I had been amped up for months to check out 900 since moving to NH… And it was NOT worth the wait, let me tell ya. Called ahead for take out and then had to wait another 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time (it wasn’t even busy that day). Service was awful and the pizza was even worse. An absolute waste of $ 20.

The food is awesome! The atmosphere is great! The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful! But… it is a very difficult place to get to. We had to drive around the block a couple time before figuring out how to get to the parking lot.

The atmosphere was great, I really enjoyed the style of the restaurant. The food was awesome, best pizza I’ve ever had. Garlic bread and meat balls appetizers were delicious; desert was also outstanding. Great bar staff, would highly recommend!

A nice place to go for lunch brake. There are tables available for bigger companies (6 – 7 persons)
Pretty big pizzas with a nice crust. The good thing is that the pizza is oven baked.
Overall the place is good, clean with friendly stuff. You got to try the apple pizza (it actually tastes pretty good!)

The whiskey chicken wings were very delicious, and the Rustic pizza was also delicious very grand atmosphere and very quiet surrounding. I’d recommend this if you are in a fine pizza mood it’s definitely worth every penny.

I don’t want to beat them up too bad so I will be brief. I think the food is pretty damn good it’s the service that is hard to handle. I go for lunch on Saturday or Sunday and they have plenty of room at the bar… I like that. I usually get 4 or 5 plates of grub so I can take some home.
If the girls that work behind the bar could put their phone down or say hello that would be nice. I got sick of chasing them around so I could tip the 25% I always give them. I know that you need to «cut that fruit» but it will be there after you grab me a beer or maybe take a food order. Anyway I had not been in about a month and I returned on Sunday (8.9.2015)
There was a nice bearded fellow behind the bar and that was a welcome change from the bitchy girls. Kitchen guys were cool and made me feel welcome.

I came here for lunch, and was very pleased. The margharita pizza is a great option (not the best I’ve ever had, but also not overly expensive). The Stoli Doli (house infused pineapple vodka) is FANTASTIC.
I had no wait, and great service. Parking was difficult to find with GPS, but they call that out on the website, so it was my own fault for not checking before I left. I would definitely try this place again.

6 years later and I finally made it back to 900 degrees. The wife having a gluten intolerance is part of the reason. But she decided to suffer the consequences for good pizza.
Had the caprese salad, the meatballs and the saltimbocca pizza. All really good. Had a dogfish and a glass of wine. No wait and good service. This place is a solid 4 star restaurant. The pizzas are an awkward size tho. Not big enough for two people. But a bit too big to order two of them for two people. Although next time I may order two so I can try two types and have some leftovers.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! I absolutely love coming to 900 degrees — it’s perfect for a family night out, romantic date, dinner with friends and the times where you are just craving some ‘za and a brew on your own. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is great and the food is high quality at an affordable price.
