Batteries Plus Bulbs

Good place, fast friendly service. Watch batteries to car batteries, and bulbs too. Always seem to stock the battery I need. No hassles.

Needed to replace both Fobs for one of my cars. Dealer quoted $ 400.00 for the pair. Called Batteries Plus and they said replacement would be $ 240 for the pair. Much better than the dealer. Got to the store and the tech said he’d see if they were repairable. Turns out they were. Replaced the outer plastic shell, an internal pad and new batteries and said the electronics were fine. Out the door for $ 73.00 including a 6 pack of 9 volt batteries. Who knew that wandering around a store of bulbs and batteries would be interesting but it was. Even my wife enjoyed looking at the displays. Staff was super friendly.

Stopped in to get a batterie for a kids watch this mourning & they had the size I needed & the service was fast & friendly.

The batteries in my cordless phone needed replacing. They are some sort of weird Ni-​MH/​12V/​Witchcraft rechargeable type not carried at most places so I looked online and found a local store named «Batteries Plus Bulbs.» If the name does not give it away, they specialize in batteries and bulbs. Bulbs and batteries.
Even better, the website offered a coupon for «$ 4 Off Cordless Phone Batteries.» How exciting! I specifically needed batteries for my cordless phone!
So I put on pants, grabbed my stuff and hopped in the F150 and made the trip to Batteries Plus Bulbs. The staff knew the exact batteries I needed when I told them they were for a Panasonic cordless phone, helped me locate them and I took them to the counter for checkout. So far, so good.
And that’s when things went south. I presented my «$ 4 Off Cordless Phone Batteries» coupon and they told me it wasn’t valid because it was for cordless phone batteries. I replied that these batteries were indeed for my cordless phone and the guy who helped me specifically knew the batteries when I told him they were for a Panasonic cordless phone. No, said the manager. These are just special batteries that go in a cordless phone, they are not cordless phone batteries. This confused me so I replied that regardless of their other potential uses (none of which I was aware of), these were cordless phone batteries as I would be putting them in a cordless phone.
We went back and forth for a while and I ended up getting $ 2 off my batteries. Had I more time to spend on this, I’m fairly certain I could have broken that manager like a horse and received the full $ 4 discount but I had to go back to work.

Love Batteries Plus! They are knowledgable about everything battery and MORE! They are friendly and are quick to get you want you need. I was devastated to shatter my iPad the day after Thanksgiving. They were able to repair it within hours! I thought I would need to buy another iPad but they repaired it better than new! And their pricing is GREAT!

Love this place, allways cheaper than any where else, they have any light bulb u can think of, any kind of batteries even the ones u have no clue about, for cars, motorcycles, camera’s etc. Any type of Light bulbs, plus they make custom car keys and program them for less then the dealers, original equipment, if u have never been here definitely check it out.

What a great little place I’ve driven by a thousand times and never even noticed them until a friend referred me there. I needed a new battery for my heart rate/​fitness monitor and my car alarm remote. They had both replaced in under 5 minutes. During my few minutes in the store, 8 other customers came in. Who knew they were such a busy place? Very reasonably price and fast! I’m glad I now know about them. They have every kind of battery imaginable, even car batteries.
