Was not impressed. Went in to have my hair done and walked out embarrassed of what my hair looked like. I wanted a nice ombré for summer and instead of a gentle fade (which I was very adamant about) it was a dip dye. She left my hair natural at the top (dark brown) and bleached more than half way down. Because I had grown-​out color in the tips (which she knew about) the tips turned orange. So now my hair was dark brown, bleach blonde, then bright orange. No gentle fading. I would have had her fix it, but she and the other hairdresser kept saying how it looked so pretty. I figured I would go back to my usual stylist (she moved so it’s now over an hour drive to get to her) and have her fix it… she laughed when she saw it and thankfully fixed it at a huge discount since it took 3 visits to fix my hair (the dye kept washing off the heavily bleached ends).
