Cost Cutters

I used to love coming here until Michelle left. The prices have gone up and my husband just walked out with a completely uneven buzz cut — you have your license and you can’t give a buzz cut? You may as well go to an actual salon for the price. Will never be here again.

DO NOT GO HERE. I came here for a trim, and I ended up with butchered hair. I have a layer about the length of my ear, and it’s totally unmanageable now. It’s very choppy and very uneven. I told the stylist when she started cutting of my bangs (that I wanted to grow out and be the same length of the rest of my hair) why she was doing that, and I didn’t want that, but her response was that I could style it with hairspray and Bobby pins and it would be totally fine. I can’t put my hair up or in a half up half down without the choppy, shortest layer falling all around my head. But it’s okay, because «I should be able to fix it with Bobby pins and hair spray.» I need to have my hair up constantly for practice and work, and I can’t do that when I need 70 Bobby pins to hold my hair still. After I left, I ran back in because I forgot to get my eyebrows done, but the lady at the front desk told me she had already closed the register and I couldn’t, even though there was still 10 minutes to close. This was my first time here and I urge everyone not to go and end up with butchered hair like me!

I’ve been getting my haircut here for 8 years! I have a bunch of guy friends who also have good hair. I asked them where they go and I was surprised to also find out that they all go to Cost Cutters too! Lol… Laura is the manager there. She has been cutting my hair and my friends for years. She’s super friendly, fun and incredibly talented. I highly recommend this place!

Laura at cost cutters is great. Communication, hair lingo is key. She listens to how I want it cut (lots of long layers) because my hair is fine, thin that’s what I get. Satisfied customer for sure.

Pretty much this is a cost cutters, you know what to expect going in there. This location normally doesn’t have much of a wait if any. Longest I think I have ever had to wait was about 15 minutes.
They typically have between 2 – 3 people on at a time, and over the years I have probably had all of them cut my hair. Most of them are extremely nice and friendly, and I can’t think of anytime I left there thinking they really butchered my hair, but then again the way I wear it, its pretty simple and hard to mess up
