I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work done on my car! The owner genuinely had my best interest in heart, and my car looked like it was never even in an accident once repaired. I didn’t even need to speak to the insurance company from the gal who hit me. I would highly recommend

The owner’s wife is bad news. They repaired my Mazda in the fall. The following spring the air conditioner was not working so I took it to Mazda and they charged me $ 150 to fix it. They asked if I had body work done recently and I said yes. They told me whoever repaired it had not re-​connected something that was the problem. They suggested I talk to the repair shop and get a refund for the $ 150. The woman at Henry’s asked me why I had not taken the car to them when the AC did not work. How’s was I to know it was their ineptness that was the reason my AC did not work. Anyway, she originally offered to give me half of the $ 150 and I told her I would see her in small claims court. She finally reimbursed me for the full cost of fixing the issue that was a result of their shoddy work.

I wish you could put negative stars. This place is a joke, all staff are rude and argumentative. We had a repair on the rear quater panel and when I picked it up the damage was still visible, when I pointed it out they actually argued that it looks fine. It was plainly obvious, after getting another employee she did not even get close and said «I can see it from here» I was told to leave it and she would make sure it was repaired. When I returned again I was mad dogged by the two jerks who said it looked fine. It was finally done correctly. Then a month later they sent me a bill for the repair they had to do twice. Avoid this place.

They don’t stand behind their work. I was convinced to repair rather than replace a front bumper cover 18 months ago. The work was guaranteed so it seemed like a decent option, saving me the cost of my collision insurance deductible. Mistake. I noticed that an inch-​long crack developed in the body filler they used to repair the damage, so I asked them to repair it. The estimator took a quick look at the damage and declared it a rock chip and said it wasn’t covered. I know the difference between a rock chip and a crack in body putty so I pushed back on her. She said «I know what my boss will say» and again refused. I’m voting with my feet and taking my auto body work and my wife’s back to Prestige Auto Body in Manchester, who have stood behind their work for me in the past. Never should have left them.

To be completely honest, I would not have even given this place one star but in order to write a review, you have to.
They were only supposed to have my car for four days. Instead they had it for 2.5 weeks and told me at least 3 different times it would be ready when it wasn’t. On top of jerking me around they did not even call me to tell me that they needed to keep my car longer. I HAD TO CHASE THEM FOR ANSWERS which is unacceptable. They should be keeping me in the loop about the repairs on my car.
The receptionist is a snotty young girl with no manners and an awful disposition who is terrible at keeping track of the finances like whether or not you have paid your bill. Also, the other older woman (Natalie I think her name was) is more interested in trying to assert her «power» over the situation then tying to help you. In fact, when I tried to reason with her, all she did was keep repeating their policies and then walk over and talk to her boss about me while I’m standing there. My unfortunate situation was funny to them since I could see them giggling. These women are TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH.
As far as their work quality goes, it is barely average. They didn’t fix everything that needed to be fixed and when they put my tire back on my car they put it on wrong which caused it to pop while I was on the highway. When I called and told them this they had their mechanic look at it and even after he confirmed what I had said all they offered to do was put another one on instead of refunding my money so I could get it fixed somewhere else.
When I arrived at their shop (having already paid my bill when I dropped the car off) they couldn’t find the receipt. On top of that, they tried to charge me for a range of things they «fixed» but never told me over the phone were going to cost extra. After trying to explain to them that I would have declined for them to fix those extras things they still refused to give me my car back until I paid them. Meanwhile I had no money on me and was now stranded at their shop. I explained to them that I would go to the bank and bring them back the money since I had already turned in my rental car and they refused to give me a ride to the bank around the corner, give me my car or let one of their staff go with me to ensure I come back.
I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I WOULDNT SUGGEST YOU DO EITHER.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not only did it take 5 weeks to finish my truck, they lied to me every time I called to get updates. The work they did was average at best. Anyone could have done it. Having to deal with the girls up front was awful! It has been 3 months and I still haven’t received the money the owe me. This is one of the worst business I have ever had to deal with.

Fast service– my car was only there overnight. They made my car look as good as new. I was very pleased.
They even vacuumed the interior of my car!

My pickup was a victim of hit and run and had damage on the bed. Geico recommended that I bring it to Henry’s Auto Body in Manchester, NH, because they had an Express Service. My initial thought was to bring it to Grappone Collision Center in Bow since they did an incredible job before on the same area. Jen from Geico said I would have the truck back in four or five business days. If I didn’t do the Express Service, the wait could be a month. In the meantime, I asked Jen if the body shop could take care of a small area of rust where mud flaps once were, two areas about the size of quarters. The blemish was light and not rusted through — just surface rust. She said no problem. I also told her some decals on the side were not the original decals and where they could be found, along with the model year. No problem. This was the best part of the entire business transaction.
Two weeks later (twice as long) I got the truck back. It turns out they ordered the wrong decals. Not once, not twice, but three times. Simply amazing! And they put them on and took them off three times! No one in the organization ever thought of walking around to the other side of the truck to look at the correct decal before they put the incorrect decals on. They never ordered the correct decal after I provided explicit instructions. The area where the mud flap created surface rust was not taken care of, as promised. She (Jen) said they couldn’t do it. Why? I don’t know. She made it sound they were incapable of doing it. It is much easier to do something like that when ordering a bunch of paint supplies than ordering the supplies just for the one small area, due to cost. I believe it was an excuse because they dropped the ball and forgot about it. I also had chrome rails on top of the bed and the truck came home with one missing. They didn’t put it back on. I said forget it and I will put the rail back on myself, along with a correct decal, on my own. It turns out they totally stripped a screw for the chrome rail and that is why they didn’t put it back on.
The body work in general was OK, but they repeatedly made mistakes and didn’t do what they were supposed to do. I can’t tolerate incompetence. By the time I got my truck back, Jen had disappeared from Geico (no one knew where she went!) and it took twice as long as promised. I should have gone with my gut and brought my truck back to Grappone Collision Center, even if it took months longer. When my truck was at Grappone, Geico tried to get them to use inferior parts. Grappone said no because of the immaculate condition of my vehicle, held out and rec’d new (not used/​dinged) parts. Compared to Henry’s, it was like night and day. Never again will I go to Henry’s or go with Geico recommendations. «Fifteen minutes can save you fifteen percent»? I would rather pay full price and receive quality work.

Not only did this repair shop jerk me around with finishing dates and give me a wreck of a rental, they didn’t even finish repairing the damage from the accident. Unless you can hound them in person, don’t get your car fixed here.
After an accident last year, my car was towed to Henry’s under Geico’s supervision. They kept my car a lot longer than expected, but after a month and a half of telling me they were waiting on parts I was finally allowed to drive it home. I immediately noticed a few things wrong: the «door open» lights were on, my gas tank door wouldn’t lock, and the back wheel (where the car had been hit) made a lot of noise. Eventually these things were fixed at a different repair shop, but I noticed my car drifted to the right shortly after its alignment. Recently, I took the car for a tune-​up from a trusted family mechanic and he figured out the problem — the back wheel hadn’t been completely restored to its correct position.
