Kitsap Regional Library

I want to give 5 stars for the AMAZING story time, and for most of the employees.
However, recently we went to the library at 9:55 and they were closed so I told my two-​year-​old to put her books in the return box outside. She started to place them in and a librarian told us to wait and put them inside. I told the librarian that it was fine because they aren’t due for a couple weeks and she actually yelled and became snarky towards my daughter. She made her cry. I was telling my daughter that it’s ok, and the librarian said, «no it’s not okay». Oh. Ok, I wasn’t talking to you but thanks. I wish I would have gotten her name because her behavior was incredibly unacceptable.
It’s a really good library, other than this one instance, we have always had a positive experience.
