We tried Red Robin again and they have made tremendous changes to their service issues since our previous visits. There was much faster, more courteous service from the hostesses to the manager to the waitstaff. The order was taken accurately, the food came out and was correct. We finally got to enjoy what we had hoped this burger joint would be. And we finally got to pay for our meal.

It seems the common trend is the service is terrible. In my two times I have been there, the trend still continues. While we waited 45 minutes to be seated when we were told 20, what makes me most mad is when you come in, there were empty tables. Every time we come the wait staff says the kitchen is backed up. What’s sad is that this place could be run like a machine but there is definitely a breakdown in the process somewhere. Could be the kitchen or not enough waitstaff. This could be such an easy fix if the restaurant had better leadership. I totally blame management for lack of great service, and I feel bad for the employees who always have to deal with angry customers. The process in this restaurant is broken, and hopefully it changes before they run out of business.

This is chain bar and burger joint cross is a little pricey, but quite reasonable. A lot of reviews slam them for wait staff and kitchen issues. It’s a burger joint — bar! They may be charging top dollar, but they are still providing bar food. The burgers are a bit on the fancy side, simply presented on fancy plates and with sharp(not serrated) knives. The beer on tap is fresh. They have some bottomless drinks(e.g. soda and root beer floats) and bottomless fries(although the replenishment rate is slow). For a different burger experience, this place is forth checking out.

I was happy to see that Red Robin is now in the area since I had ate at one in the DC area and really liked it. However I almost ended up not eating at the one at this location due to the Unilocal reviews. Fortunately I talked to one of my good friends who ate there recently and had a good meal. Overall everything was very good across the board and was on par with my experience eating at other Red Robins. Waitperson was quick and came by a number of times. Burger was cooked perfectly and is a great option when you want a more unique burger than what Five Guys offers(five guys is also great). Thanks to the unlimited fries we were all stuffed. I was also impressed that they offered appetizers as low as $ 3. Hopefully the service and food I receive tonight is more typical than the other Unilocal reviews for this restaurant as we would eat here again.

I never thought I would have to write a bad review for a red robin but here it is which is disappointing for sure ! I have 2 red robins in the San Marcos California both of which I’ve nothing but great service and food I left the San Diego airport @ 550 am 12/23/2015 in bound to Manchester to be with my family for the holidays, when I got off the plane I was hungry(can’t eat when I fly) and the family was going to order pizzas but I have had Italian food the night before and wanted something other so I asked what was Close by my nephew suggested red Robin which sounded great to me. I guess I should’ve taken note when with no wait with the parking lot full of shoppers ! Patrick our server was clearly new and inexperienced ! ok, it took a while to get drinks which was all right because it gave us time to talk after the the rest of are party showed up he walked by twice we had to stop him to get drinks and they took a while with the same excuse as before that the bartender was running behind(we all looked around it wasn’t very busy) We enjoyed our appetizers after placing our food order, but after waiting a long time I got up to check on what was going on and what do I see is our food was up and ready sitting under the heat lamps but not being 100% that it was ours I asked my sister to watch it! One of the other waitresses came up to where the food was sitting moved the order out of the way to get her order while we waited ! Well low and behold it was our order a total of eight minutes had pasted after I went up there and looked I have no idea how long our food set up there ! Now I’m getting mad we asked for the manager and she happened to be busing the table next to us and her attitude And response to my mother set me back ” hiii I am right here! «(I can’t type the her tone and attitude) It clearly got worse from there! Grrrrrr I am done writing this review still pissed! Red Robin clearly need to do something here just look at the reviews Thanks for making my first day back in NH the worst !

Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. Had not been to a Red Robin before and wanted to try it out. «Gourmet???» — try inedible. The Guiness was watered down, my «milkshake» was basically chocolate milk, and the burgers were just terrible. I ordered the«petite burger» which basically means they are going to cook it until it’s leather. I ordered the Black & Blue burger — no blue cheese to be found. Sent my whole meal back — the replacement was even worse. My husband’s meal was equally bad. Fries were lousy too. Don’t eat here, you are just throwing your money away. I had a pretzel and Orange Julius at the food court and was much, much happier! The manager basically told us it was our fault for ordering the petite burgers — we should know that they would be REALLY well done. Um, no — maybe the waitress should tell you that when you order?

This was our second visit to Red Robin in Mall of NH, and this was my last. We waited for over 10 minutes for our waitress to bring drinks, and then she forgot what drink I ordered. We got our tower of onion rings as an app, but had to wait to get somebody’s attention in order to get a simple knife and fork. You’d think the runner or somebody walking by would notice we weren’t eating. I will admit that the onion rings were good. The bottomless fries is really a ploy, as your initial amount of fries is lacking in serving size, and we were basically done with our meal before we were offered more fries. Drink refills… One key thing I judge service by is the attention to drink refills, and I had to ask for another drink, not good. My deluxe cheeseburger I will say was ok, nice and juicy. It seemed to me that nobody working there was very happy, nobody was smiling. Last comment. If you choose to visit this restaurant, be prepared to have your clothes smell like your dinner. Poor ventilation. They don’t even deserve one star.

OOPs, Should have read the Unilocal reviews first. We tried the RR at the Mall Friday night. It is like a sit down Burger King, except the food is not as good. Lots of noise and distractions. How does this chain stay in business. Absolute worst burgers we have ever had. The DGB burger was inedible. Our server was very nice as was the manager, who was very accommodating and adjusted our bill.

We were a bit nervous because of the previous poor reviews, but had already decided we wanted bottomless fries. This was our first visit to this location. A solid 4 stars based on the good food and friendly service. The manager, Alex, stopped by our table twice to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We arrived shortly after they opened and were greeted and seated with no issues. We placed our order which consisted of 3 burgers, 2 kids meals, and a chicken sandwich. We had no complaints about service or the food. My only guess on the issue with so many reviews about burned burgers is people who order well-done and expect not to have any crisped meat.

This place is a hot mess. The server had a good attitude but attention to our table was very minimal. Food was decent except my partners burger didnt come out how he wanted it and they forgot my extra pickles and dipping. sauce. Watching the people work here was like a bunch of kids without an adult to guide them… kinda like: «Who’s on first!!» We checked out with the tablet at the table and just left. Red Robin has improved significantly since my visit last year. Food comes out in a timely manner and tastes good. Drinks from the bar seem to take awhile but that is forgivable. This is a good place to bring the family as everyone should find something they like and the prices are reasonable.

Always been a fan of Red Robin and was thrilled to see one while visiting NH. Unfortunately, this place ruined it for me! The 2 stars go to the waitress(who is forgot her name) and the appetizers. The burgers, DISGUSTING !! I ordered the DGB and I got a burnt(black and hard) patty that smelled awful, not exaggerating. My wife got the Chili chili burger, same thing charred and bad after taste. They got us new burgers, I went with the Royal this time. Still burnt, both burgers! We had a few bites and got the check and left. Never coming back to this location again.

Here are the highlights from our visit tonight: Waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Sauce was missing when food was delivered to our table. Both of our burgers were overcooked. Tasted like they were reheated. Fries were just as disgusting. Management was hiding in the kitchen until we requested to speak to them. Watched a customer have to get up from his table and walk into the kitchen to return his food that was cold because his waitress didn’t bother checking in with him. Witnessed another waitress have to go track down the hostess who was hanging out in the kitchen? to seat a customer who she promptly ignored on her way back to the hostess station. Stellar experience all around. Ordered Five Guys on the way out. Won’t be back. The End

I visited on 5÷31÷15 with a group of friends and ordered a burger(the meat of which tasted very similar to a McDonald’s burger, but at 6 times the price) with sweet potato fries. When the fries came out they were cold. I alerted the waitress and she brought me another plate which was warm and delicious. Since the fries were bottomless I ordered another round, which came out cold, and again asked the waitress for another order. When that order also came out, also cold, I declined to wait for another as the rest of my group was finished eating and ready to leave. The waitress explained that a fryer was broken and said she would speak to her manager to see what they could do. The manager’s response was to remove the $ 1.50 surcharge for the sweet potato fries. Before leaving I spoke with another manager and told her that I was unhappy that I was leaving still hungry, and that I was very dissatisfied with the meal. She agreed and comped my meal. I appreciated the service from the waitress(Brandee, who was very nice) and the second manager(I can’t remember her name, but she had curly blonde hair). However… for the prices charged… the food isn’t worth it. There are better *less expensive* local places, and I’ll be taking my business there.

I do not normally review chain restaurants; however, there is reason for an exception to be made now and then. Considering the average two-star rating for this location it’s obvious that the manager(s) are not paying attention. Where to begin: 1. The host was nowhere to be found during dinner service this evening. I finally had to flag down a waitress. 2). Their clever way of overcharging for their food and beverages is to say it’s(bottomless). What if I don’t want to pay $ 5.00 for a raspberry lemonade the majority of which is ice? 3. The fries were half cooked and limp. 4. The burger at a whopping $ 14.99 was charbroiled but dry. The rarest they will cook it is medium and my medium was a med-well. If they are serving black angus beef as they claim and are not buying them frozen(doubtful), there’s no reason to destroy a burger by overcooking it. Aside from the missing host, and waitress, we were told that our waitress was overwhelmed(the restaurant was nearly empty) so the bartender had to wait on us, the service wasn’t bad. We paid $ 50.00 for two burgers, an appetizer and one lemonade. Overpriced food served with no quality control. Another visit? No thank you.

We ate here, but won’t go back. The staff seemed fairly nice, we were seated quickly, and order taken in good time. I like comfort food, so this should have been a slam dunk. But the food was horrible. It tasted like too many flavors and sauces were put on my burger. My son ordered a plain bacon burger, and he liked his. Mine had BBQ sauce on it, and was horrible. My wife’s blue cheese burger was over-onioned. It just wasn’t any good. Worst of all the price was really steep. We could have gone to a real restaurant and had steak for what I paid for my burger. Very disappointed.

There is a SERIOUSPROBLEM with service at this restaurant. Out of our past several visits, 5 out of 6 of them have been unsatisfactory. This last one took the cake… which would probably take forever to get!!! Red Robin is a quality brand with good food. The Nashua location is consistently outstanding. I will not go into the details of our experience. Our meal was comped due to the fact that the manager was clearly aware of the issues that evening. Not sure if the problem is with the kitchen, wait staff, or both. Our waitress was nice until I asked(nicely — after waiting 15 minutes for it) why there was leftover cheese in the refill bowl of broccoli. Gross! Then the attitude kicked in. She asked us if we wanted dessert ASSHEWASHANDINGMETHEBILL! It is so bad here, I can only reach two conclusions: 1. Whoever owns this location is completely clueless regarding the restaurant business and is way WAAAAY over his/her head. 2. The owner(s) is trying to go out of business for some bizarre reason. This is a real shame. My family loves Red Robin. Management needs to turn this around YESTERDAY!
