Just discovered this place about 2 months ago and we have been back at least 10 times for carry out. The service is great and the food is awesome.

One of my family’s favorite place’s to go for pizza sub’s or awesome pita sandwiches. The BLT in a pita pocket is huge. Always fast service food is always perfect. I really have no idea why someone would give this place a bad review. Simon’s keep doing what your doing and see you soon. Delivery is also fast!!!

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would. I ordered from here a few times and never had an issue. When I called for delivery I specifically asked them not to ring the doorbell(as I had a dog that just had surgery and couldn’t have him going nuts.) They couldn’t follow that request. Then I found a staple in my food. I called the restaurant to let them know I was unhappy, not looking for a refund or anything. Just wanted to provide feedback. I asked to speak with a manager and the«manager» got on the phone without addressing him self and answered«what?»(real professional) I’m guessing that this wasn’t a manager(although he said he was an owner.) He told me that I put the staple in there from the delivery bag.(even though the staple was found in a sealed metal container.) Then he proceeded to tell me that I put it in the food to try to get a free meal. I was disgusted and hung up the phone. 2 minutes later I got a call on my cell phone(I originally called from my house phone). When I answered he said«Furthermore, we deliver to your house as a courtesy, it’s way out of our delivery zone.» Which I thought was funny, since Google Maps said the drive was 7 minutes. He called me a B***H and hung up the phone. Real nice place. I would not order from here again if you paid me. STAYAWAY!!!

Our son has Down Syndrome and has celiac disease, which makes going out to eat difficult as he is a Very picky eater already. Simon’s has gluten-free cheese pizza, gluten-free chicken tenders and gluten-free french fries… all of which our son Loves and actually eats without complaint. Friendly owner and staff and clean and pleasant restaurant.

So a while back i had an altercation with one of the managers there about being sent the wrong food. He was completely rude to me and since then if i order they make it a point to say something IE oh are you sure you want or oh we can’t forget that address… i can deal with that but tonight they sent me a gluten free pizza with a black crust piece sticking out of the middle of the pizza. I figured oh maybe it just fell in and decided to try the pizza. It tasted so horrible i couldn’t eat it! I am actually leery of calling because who knows what they would say this time. Sigh … it is so hard to find good gluten free places!

So I decided to give Simon’s a try because I was really craving a roast beef sandwich. There don’t seem to be many roast beef choices in Manchester, so a google search brought me to Simons. It is located in a strip mall near the airport. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Only issue was the food. I ordered a big beef with cheese and bbq sauce. First off, nowhere in the description does it mention that all sandwiches come with pickles. I don’t like pickles on my sandwich so I had to pick them off. The roast beef portion is huge, but it was very, very, dry. There was almost no bbq sauce like I requested so it didn’t help the dryness. I couldn’t taste the 1 thin slice of american cheese. The bun was lightly toasted and buttery… definitely the highlight of the sandwich. For the sandwich and soda, total cost was about 8 bucks.

This is one of those places with a old looking sign that you drive by without noticing. We stopped by after being limited on time to get to the airport– from the outside it’s just located at a small strip mall with a worn looking sign. Inside, it appears they did their best at upgrading or remodeling with pretty nice seating, floor tiles, and ikea-ish european light fixtures… signs of its old times show at the kitchen and ceiling. The service was VERY fast and friendly at 1pm. The food wasn’t outstanding but hey it’s a place to stop during lunch for quick sandwiches and there’s not much you can do about that. We had a meatball sub and turkey sandwich with«hots»… the«hots» really kicked it in flavor and wasn’t too hot just a nice added spice.

I was driving near the airport(5 minutes away) and I stopped at Simon’s Roast Beef Pizza & Pasta(located in the Pine Island Plaza) for dinner takeout. This friendly neighborhood eatery(dine in, takeout or delivery) serves up thin crust pizza, calzones, fried appetizers, roast beef sandwiches, club sandwiches, subs, salads, pasta dinners, dinner plates(steak tips, gyro, kabob), bottled beverages from the Coke cooler, and desserts(cookies & brownies). Daily and ongoing specials are offered. August 2007: A Large Cheese Pizza is only $ 5.00(between 8PM and 10PM daily). This is an order at the counter place with overhead menu boards. The bright dining area with brownish red walls with wall décor/sconces has booth and table seating with overhanging decorative glass lights and stool seating along the front window. Wifi is available too! I ordered the Vegetable Lasagna Special($ 5.99) served with garlic bread. The small piece of lasagna(cheese, sauce & diced zucchini between the noodles) topped with marinara sauce and four split chewy sausages was a decent tasting dish. The baked garlic bread was pretty good and had lots of spices, garlic in an olive oil base. The service here was laid back.
