What a beautifully painless, fast, enjoyable, and courteous experience I had here buying two girls bikes for my small daughters!!! I saved $ 50 bringing to junky old bikes in, in trade for the new bikes.
The store manager, Jen, is absolutely phenomenal. I don’t often rave so much about customer service but when customer service is this good I have to sing praises!!! In fact, my experience has been wonderful with several of the employees in the store.
I have no idea why there are not more positive reviews, as I come to the store instead of the Nashua store because the Nashua store is awful!!!

Ok so I don’t have children so Toys R Us is not a store I frequent! (Thank God!;)
That said, this store is insane!
The biggest downer to the store is the isles. They are very small! You can barely fit two carts side by side.
The problem with that is if you aren’t sure what your looking for it’s hard to browse given the size of the isles!
There aren’t nearly enough staff at this store! I walked around the entire store trying to find someone to ask a question unsuccessfully .
The prices are extremely high and there aren’t any deals! I don’t have any children but honestly if I did I would just purchase online !
For those of you who do have children I understand you may need to go to this store so I wish you good luck!
