Stay away! Worst customer service ever! Arrived late with paid reservation through Expedia! Person behind desk had no idea what was going on. Took an hour to finally get our room. Upgrade had no sheets on bed! It was a nightmare ! Corporate has no customer service either. Stay away from Comfort Inn! They should rename it Uncomfortable INN! No management skills! It may look nice but customer service means everything! NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!
